BCC Dropbox Not Working
Yet again my BCC Dropbox is not working correctly. Whenever this is reported to support I'm told the issue is with my settings. After checking I have everything correct the problem eventually (after a week or two) decides to fix itself. Allow users to enter a Twitter, Facebook or G+ URL to associate with a lead or contact
Currently, the only way to associate a contact's or lead's social media profile (Twitter, Facebook or G+) is to let Zoho CRM search for the person's name. However, that only pulls up a limited number of results, so it often doesn't pull up the right profile if the person's name is a common one.. Please allow users to enter a Twitter, Facebook or G+ URL for a lead or contact (in addition to the option to search). EU privacy policy
Hello, I see in your security policy https://www.zoho.com/security.html that you are EU Safe Harbour compliant. Unfortunately, Safe Harbour is not valid any more. EU companies (like mine) need to have privacy sensitive information (and CRM data is privacy sensitive!) hosted on servers in the EU with the EU data privacy clause signed between client and vendor. What's your policy on this? If you are not compliant to EU data privacy legislation, EU companies are not allowed to use your services. Thanks,

I have CRM set to auto generate an account number prefixed with a C for my client accounts. How can I get CRM to change the prefix based on account type. For example account numbers for clients should start with C whereas account numbers for vendors should start with V.

I was just setting up some child / parent account relationship and realized that the child accounts were being overwritten. "Log a call" opens a new window
I have noticed a little bug with logging calls in Zoho CRM. If you would like to log a incoming or outgoing call in the CRM you click the "Log a call" button, however this redirects you to the activities page which is fine to record the call. However what if someone answers and you would like to use the "current call timer" and complete some information from customer in the lead / account / customer / potential? I think the best solution would be to have the "log a call" button bring the info up
Invitation to team members is not sending email
I am using free version of the CRM. I have added a new team member, however, the invitation email is not going to the user. He is checking spam/junk folder, but nothing there either. I have tried to 'resend invitation' a few more times on different days, and no luck yet. Has anyone faced similar problem? Thanks!

Migrating events and linking to contacts
I am having problems migrating my events from my old CRM. I can not get them to link correctly to the contact. When I migrated I have tried putting the contact name in contact name and related to and also tried using the contact id but neither is working. Any help appreciated

Migration problem with account - contact associations
When I ran the import wizard the first time it presented me with option to make the association of inbound contacts to their respective accounts/companies. It also presented me with the option to deduplicate. I had to undo the import due to issues and eventually I deleted EVERYTHING from contacts, accounts and potentials. Now it does not present the option to map the "Account Name" It simply is not on the map. Also, the deduplication option is gone. Why is this and how can I fix it? John Tytus

Impossible to export a report from "Visits" module

Gmail Contextual Widget
Right now only one of my employees can see the Gmail contextual widget, and that employee doesn't even have a Zoho account. I had the app available for the entire organization, but he is the only one that could see it. Any idea why that might be and how I can fix it?

I would like to know if it is possible to have an specific folder for VISITS/MEETINGS. Normally when you open an Organization you could have several meetings. It is important to have control for these meetings in cronological way. In your CRM I cann`t see it!! I know you have tasks, calls, etc but not an specific meeting. However, I can't find anything which explains how to use them together to track all my email activity with Zoho email as my default email client. Alterning Contacts preview info in Accounts
When in an account, is there a way of changing the information supplied in the previews on contacts at the bottom of the page? IE fax number is not necessary but i would like to see job title.
Resend welcome email to admin who setup ZOHO
I need to send the welcome email that was sent to me when I setup the account. I cannot email thru ZOHO becuase it says "Please confirm your account registration". I do not remember receiving an email when I setup ZOHO and looked thru my deleted items. There is not an option to resend to the admin?? Thanks

Standard Field Label Has Been Changed
I changed the Leads module to a new name Power Partners. Now the Lead Source field label in the Contacts module has been changed to Partners Source. Not sure how that happened, but I want to change it back to Lead Source. How do I do that?
Combine Customer Accounts
From time to time we find that one of our users has added an account for a customer, however that customer account already exists. This is not an issue if there are no notes or activities, however it becomes an issue when we find multiple accounts for one customer and both accounts have notes and / or tasks assigned. A similar situation happens when one customer gets purchased by another.... Is it possible to combine two customer accounts?
