Is there a way we can link Case IDs to Event IDs?
Hey, I would like to know if there is a way that we can link back Events to Cases, We are able to see what Case an event is related to but not the actual case number that it´s related to. If we could get some help with this. Thank you!

Export Events to Google Calendar
I have been trying for several days to Export my Zoho Calendar to my Google Apps Calendar, with no luck. I do not have the Export option under More Actions. Notes being deleted form potential when activity is deleted
Hi, I write all my notes in the activity part and it links with its potential, but as soon as I delete that activity all the notes disappear form its potential as well? (I haven't deleted the potential)

Add more options when creating an event
When creating an event we always have to type the office address, that is getting very annoying. Please add a way to save location addresses for future use. Also, we need to include many details when adding an appointment/event, please add an option under "Description" to insert an email template. Duplicate and splitting leads
I'm trying to diagnose an issue that is either a bug or a workflow issue on my end. On a selective basis, records are being duplicated and information is being split between the two records. I'm not sure if there is an import/export bug or something done on our end. A little simpler, some leads are being split into two leads with data being separated between them. I'm not doing this manually so I'm leaning towards a bug.

Doubts about the features I have in the free trial
Hi! right now I hace the free trial (15 days) but I am not sure if the features I have are only from the free version or if I have features from the standard, professional or enterprise version. For expample, I have available the Group feature but in the web page its says is only for the standard and above versions. I also can automatize actions based on time but the web page says is only for the enterprise version.
Import Potentials with Existing Currency but Different Exchange Rate
I'm attempting to import a file to fix some historical discrepancies regarding exchange rates in potentials. I have a list potentials that need to have their currencies and exchange rates modified, but each individual line could have a different exchange rate. Is there a way to set the exchange rate per potential? Or will I have to come up with another solution?
BCC Dropbox Only Occasionally Works
Hello, I seem to be the only person on my team having serious issues with the BCC dropbox function. The bcc address is always entered correctly and I've followed all the steps to make sure it works, yet I continue to run into issues. The emails I have sent are simply not showing up in my CRM. Maybe one out of every 20 is correctly synced. This is extremely frustrating and hindering my ability to work efficiently. Please help. Thanks, Mitch
Navigation link order?
Is it possible to modify the navigation links (add, remove, change order, etc.)? So, or example, instead of Feeds, Home, Accounts, Leads, Contacts, etc., can it be modified to remove Feeds, and put the order as Contacts, Leads, Potentials, Accounts, etc.?

Retrieve contacts with empty tasks
Dear all, I have edited several tasks in CRM by clicking Edit. When I was done, I wanted to make a follow up task by clicking Save & New. I assumed I was still working in the specific contact, however, it is a new task not related to any contact in particular. Importing Leads
Every time I import an MS Excel .xlsx file and map the email the email renders a "false" value. All the emails are valid emails. Everything else imports fine. This happen to three different files (including a test import file with one single row). Any ideas how to fix? I'm tired of going into each record and updating them one by one. So slow. So painful.

Why do some, but not all of my POP3 emails come in to CRM?
I've just configured my Zoho CRM Email settings to pull emails for my leads & contacts from my Office 365 POP3 account. Outlook plugin updating other users contacts
We had a user download the Outlook plugin and install on her machine. The user is claiming all they did was install and nothing more. Soon after installation many of our other users received notifications that she had modified contact records not owned by her. In fact there were several hundred contacts which were updated and this has upset many staff members. Does anyone know why the plugin would have flagged the contacts as modified? I can't see any events or activities logged against these

Zoho CRM Outlook Mac 2011 Plugin only syncing 5 out of 1500 contacts?
I'm trying to sync my contacts from Zoho CRM into my Outlook for Mac 2011. I downloaded and installed the outlook plugin, and I was able to log in to my Zoho CRM account. I was able to select the folder I want to sync to in outlook. I assume under settings in the Zoho CRM outlook plugin the "contact's folder" I'm selecting is the folder in Mac outlook that I would like to sync with Zoho? I'm not currently trying to sync any tasks or calendar details. I ran a "Sync Contacts" and I got the pop-up

Importing contacts leaves Email as "false"
There is a fundamental bug in importing from XLS. I import a list of contacts with several columns mapped to fields all fine, e.g. First Name, Last Name and an Email field. But once imported all the emails show as "false"!

imported Leads shows email to be false
