Add related Notes to a Contact from custom script
Hi Is it possible to relate additional notes to a Contact from a custom deluge script ? I guess it could be done by calling the external API postUrl() but I'm wondering if it can be done directly by something like zoho.crm.create() Thanks

I don't see anything like Zoho Creator's "Custom Commands" so built a work around: Create a custom field for Contacts Add a workflow trigger that will invoke the custom script when the custom field is updated Create a Macro that updates the custom field This works but has a number of issues Macros are private to each user so I'd have to go to each

CRM Report Question
I have created a report for email opt in's and find that there are multiple entries for each account. I only need to see the company name, email address and full name, its telling me that on the first page there are 2000 but it seems to be including multiples so i don't think that is the case.

HI, just signed up for the "Free Forever" plan for 10 users. However when logged on the system says that i have 15 more days left to use testversion... Which is it? As do not want to engage too much or place a lot of work building up base of leads if forever only lasts for 15 days...? Our company is yet new and small and will cope with 10 users still for a while. Grateful for response!
Territory management, automatic assignment when converting lead to contact?
Hi, I am trying to setup territory assignment rules based on country. When I set up the rule I can chosse "Billing country" and/or "Shipping Country" but in my contact form I only have "Mailing country" and "Other country" field. How should I do the assignment rule based on the value of the "country" field in Leads that is converted to "Mailing country" in Contacts? Thanks, Roger

For my understanding, account ID should be the primary key. I can't see how I easily split my potentials into two separate buckets: The first would be for upsell opportunities with existing clients The next would be for opportunities already identified and qualified but with totally new clients.
