MailChimp integration tab no content
I have installed the MailChimp integration component and can find it on my TAB's in CRM.. however when I click on it, nothing is shown in the window. Was expecting to see the integration settings here? Could it be a browser problem, I am using Chrome.Outlook plugin error; Please select an email in Outlook

Hi all, I'm planning to build a data-integration app to connect Hubspot (marketing) & Zoho-CRM. As a Product Manager, I'm bit confused about the Problem-Solution fit of this app. I'm questioning my decision that: Is there a demand/need for Hubspot & Zoho-CRM integration? Hello, I've recently added the Zoho Outlook plugin, and upon attempts to sync the contacts, the only fields that are coming over into Zoho from Outlook at the names, phone numbers, and email addresses. None of the other fields in Outlook are transferring into the new Zoho contacts. It is a bit of a pain to update new contacts into Outlook, sync them, only to then have to go into Zoho and type in most of their information again. Is there a way for the plugin to handle this? From what I can tell, if I am using a non-Zoho hosted email account (like Office 365, or standard IMAP/SMTP server) theye is no way to automatically capture emails I send from my iPhone Mail app to contacts in Zoho. the only way is to remember to BCC the special @mails1.zohocrm.com address every time? If that's the case, I wish the iPhone could be configured to automatically BCC that email address, but my iPhone only allows "BCC yourself" as an option. Anyone figure out a workaround? I am using outlook addin with outlook 2013. After review I noticed only some of the contacts are transferring. Seems the new ones are ok but some of the older ones are not transferring. After enabling the Microsoft Office 365 Extensions & APIs application, all my old events from zoho calendar started emailing to the participants from within Office 365. When will the new Headline fields be put into Zoho? Google Adwords started using Expanded Text Ads. This will be the default in Adwords in about 30 days. Instead of just one Headline field, as it is now in Zoho CRM, there will be two fields. A “Headline 1” and “Headline 2”. This integration with Zoho CRM is totally automated, so we can't add the two new fields ourselves. When will the Zoho database be updated so we can get all the data from Adwords? I am using Microsoft Office 2013 32 bit mode. The OS is Windows 10 Pro I attempted to download and install the 32 bit version of the Zoho plug-in for Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016. I get the error message: Looks like you have downloaded the wrong exe, this 32 bit exe is not supported by your Microsoft Office. Would you like to download the right exe? I have a upgraded to a paid version to obtain outlook integration. As I don't have a gmail address, it seems that I cannot use POP mail and so I have opted for the BCC dropbox email address. It reads as a simple process. I have tried it and it is not working. Could anyone shed light on this. I'm having a problem getting office365 integration fully working. I have followed the instructions located here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/ and have the ability to invite users. However, there is no calendar sync integration active (following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/#Office365_Calendar). There is no "Microsoft" under Extension & APIs in the menu. Is this integration limited to certain levels of services? I know there is another post trying to convince Zoho to integrate with RingCentral. (Please, Zoho...please...) In the mean time, can someone use the following information to create a temporary fix? I'm a complete Zoho noob and don't know how. In the RingCentral softphone, you can access external applications and urls.
