Zoho Mail add on and Outlook Plug In
Hello, 1) We just started to use Zoho CRM and we want to synchronize all emails to customers (inbound and outbound). We want to open contact in CRM and to see all emails that were sent to/from this contact. We are using now Microsoft Outlook. I installed plug in, generated password in zoho accounts but i am not able to log in. The notification screen is attached. Please advise what to do. 2) Also I manage 2 email accounts in Outlook (private and department), how can I manage it in CRM - I wantCRM Outlook synch potential data inconsistencies and proposals for improvement

I have gone to the help menu and followed the instructions for installing the plug in to allow upload of contacts from Outlook. but when I click on Add-on's the help screen says To download and install the Zoho CRM Plug-in Log in to your Zoho CRM account. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Other Apps > Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. In the Outlook Plug-in page, select the Microsoft Outlook version from the drop-down list. Hi, We're facing a problem in Zoho CRM. We love the IMAP integration but we're now having some employees leaving the company and we have the following problems: - If the user gets deactivated in Zoho CRM, his emails will not be shown by other users anymore - We can't close the mailbox otherwise mails will not synchronize anymore and we will loose the mail history I'm sure this is a problem shared by many users. Hello, is it possible to change the Skype-functionality in the Lead and Contacts datasets? Hi, I'm looking for a way to view all messages (sent and received) for a specific email message in one place in Zoho CRM's Email tab. I am using a Group address, and therefore have set up Filters in Zoho Mail to mark messages that are both sent from the Group address and are also cc'd to it to the Sent folder (per the answer here https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/can-a-group-see-the-reply-of-a-group-email). Hi I use to have my zoho add in at the top of my tab bar in microsoft outlook, but for some reason this has now disappeared and now appears underneath every email. We export our tasks to Google calendar, We then in the google calendar or our mobile, add a comments and close the task, but Zoho does not update this! I also tried to change the due date in calendar, and zoho still has the old date I the Zoho settings, there is written; You can export tasks from Zoho CRM to Google Tasks. Is on only export the task. I tried to import some leads in excel format. First I was able to upload, then I received an error 'File should not contain more than 135 rows', so I reduced the rows. But then, I received another error 'File should not contain more than 39 rows'. I tried reducing the rows even to 20 but still get the same message. Hi We have been using zoho for around 2 years, unfortunately most because bad integration with gmail, we have used it very little. We are now giving it a last chance. Hello, I have been experiencing some troubles with the bcc plugin. Emails conversations are saved correctly and linked correctly to the client with the matching email adresse. Nevertheless, in several cases the content of the emails isn't showed completly. The text is cutted off at some random point and i am unable to read it properly. I've recently been using Zoho CRM to Manage my existing and new leads, I have imported a list of Leads I've purchased and I'm now wanting to email all of these via Mail Chimp. The only problem I have is that Mail Chimp will only email existing contacts and now leads. I have the BCC dropbox function set up on my Exchange server so that it bcc's a copy of the email both sent by and sent to a certain user set up in Zoho. I see the emails being logged under a test person "Lead" but not yet in a test person "Contact." I assume there is a delay. But should I assume that these emails will show there the same way they do under leads? I'm used to working with another CRM which just has Contacts not separated from Leads. Hi. We used Outlook 2010 (32-bit) version, and just had our sales team install the Outlook Plug-In for CRM. I received a couple of inquiries from the sales team regarding the ZOHO to Outlook Calendar sync. If they establish the appointment in their Outlook calendar, it automatically syncs to their ZOHO calendar. So far, so good. If, however, they establish the appointment in their ZOHO calendar, they need to manually sync the calendar for it to appear in Outlook. Hi Social tab could have been a great addition to Zoho CRM, but its lacking basic features: When Adding a Lead it only gives the option to add the Last Name... BUT there is no option to add a First Name or Salutation. This option IS available when adding a Contact though, as well as adding Account Name. So why remove it from Leads? It populates the Source Field automatically to the last field... but it does not show this option while adding th Lead/Contact. it simply chooses it for you, so NOW weZoho_CRM_Plug-in_for_Microsoft_Outlook

I am using latest version of Outlook Plug in for Outlook Up until recently, everything was going fine, but for the past week or so, I have not been able to a sync new, changed or deleted contacts everything else, such as tasks and calendar is syncing fine, but contacts have stopped syncing. They are using MS Word and when I merge a document it always brings up 2 screens, one with the pre-merged doc and one with the post merge doc.
