Zoho CRm Plugin for Outlook 2011 MAC
I am using Zoho CRM plugin for Outlook 2011 for MAC V1.1.0 and Outlook:max 2011 Version 14.3.8 (130913) with Update 14.4.7 I can sign the plugin into my account with username and password. But when I want to selcted in the settings a folder or try to sync any iteam. I am getting an error message "Applescript returned an error" and that was it. Hi I have created an application in Creator. I know that I can create a lead from the creator form via a script. But i have around 50 fields that are normally not used or needed in the lead view, but I would like to be able to viewe them from the CRM system. How can I link or show the data that I have stored in the creator database from the view of the lead in CRM (and later on the opportunity). If you get the error message as Invalid Username and Password while login from Plug-in, then please check the below things. i) If you have more no of Active Session, then you need to close those active session by going to "accounts.zoho.com" ---> Active Session ---> Close all other sessions. Now please try to log in to CRM from Outlook. I don't seem to be able to make labels on any existing Avery sheet labels. 3.5" x 1.75" doesn't seem to exist in the US. I tried to create a label template in Writer, but the formatting seems impossible to fit to any tight label size, even if just one-up. I miss this from Goldmine, though I prefer Zoho for most things. Everything is set up correctly. I am sending and receiving mail through the Zoho app with my Yahoo account and replies from customers are showing up in the mail magnet pop-up, but are not showing under under the contact's record. I deactivated a user that had the zoho mail integration enabled for the CRM. Now I am getting "Auto Fetch Disabled for your account" emails all day long. i do not know how to disable this for a deactivated user. Hello there, I have the following inquiry: When somebody sends me an email and there is another contact cc’d in this email, when I sync the email to the CRM it adds the email to the primary contact who sent it but it does not add it to the secondary contact who was cc’d in it. Hello All... Is there any way to sync items from my mac > outlook > 'exchange local folders' > event / task / contact items? From what I can tell when you use the mac plugin to sync items (and config the plugin's settings) these actions are only valid and then only sync the outlook > 'my computer' folder ?? This is a shame and I have to say makes the plugin a little pointless (other than the posting emails into the CRM feature) as outlook is a 'server client' and the main benefit to businessRingCentral integration with CRM
Very happy to see that you finally have (Beta) support for RingCentral and got signed up for it today. One BIG problem is the RC (RingCentral) logs out in every few minutes leaving one to keep loging on to RC within the CRM interface. I am trying to determine how the plug-in communicates from the client install to the Zoho servers so that I ensure that it is being done securely. I'm using the trial version of Projects and CRM. My goal is to test the Google Calendar sync. The Zoho support for CRM says to go to CRM app, then Setup/Add-ons/Google Apps Calendar. I do not see the Google Apps Calendar on my Add-ons screen. I am trying to help one of our Sales Engineers load the Outlook plug In for CRM and he is the only one out of 23 sales people to have this issue. We run Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 32-bit. I have for sometime wanted to use Zoho as I like it's customization. Being an insurance agent I appreciate the ability to craft a CRM to work exactly as I need it with my agency. However I use RingCentral for my phone system, which I see there is now FINALLY a beta test for ZohoCRm and RC. Hi there, I have 2 tasks folders on my local outlook. One of these is linked to my office 365. When tasks sync down from Zoho to outlook they are going into the wrong tasks folder. Tasks in my office 365 account are also not syncing up to Zoho. When I go to the following setting both tasks folders are ticked and I cant deselect one. Hi, We send all emails via Outlook (2013) using the DropBox Bcc function. We then add any responses via the Outlook Plugin. This stores outgoing and incoming emails but we can't see a summary of incoming or outgoing emails for the whole company across the CRM database, we can only view email activity on an individual contact level. What we want to do is enable our sales team to set appointments in Outlook and have them sync to the appropriate account and/or contact. In my test situation, I can do this from Zoho to Outlook as I can select from the list of accounts, then select the contact(s). The Outlook contact has the same Account Name and Contact as Zoho (the contacts are synced). So if I select Andy as the participant, it has the exact same information. This is a problem for the Google Gadget to recognize them as already being a lead or contact if they have not used the exact same email as the one used in their initial contact.
