When can we expect a plugin for Outlook 2010?
Subject says it all.Cant view emails from one of my group members in CRM contact
Hi all, I cant see the emails sent to various contacts, that were sent from one of my members of staff. The user called Rosana doesnt seem to apear and neither do the mails she sent. Is she is some way not 'associated' with the crm from her zoho mail account perhaps? I have attachedd a screen shot...Why cannot I see the campaigns sent to contacts in their profiles

When using the Outlook-Zoho Add-in, Outlook contacts are being added when they are already in Zoho. So every time he syncs his Outlook contacts to Zoho, we spend hours removing duplicates. So he is now manually entering contacts into Zoho. Is there a setting we are missing that should be turned on/off. I thought Zoho won't accept duplicates based on email address... Using Outlook 2013. We have configured the email Gmail integration. Couple of issues: We have excluded our internal domain so that internal emails are not attached as it is explained. Everyone's internal emails are connecting to the individuals contact record. If the exclusion domain is set, why is this happening?? Greetings, I started using the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Outlook recently to sync data from Outlook into Zoho and vice versa. Our organization is currently hosting emails on a MS Exchange 2007 server. Everything has been great, except that emails sent from Zoho are not syncing with Outlook. Emails sent from Outlook, on the other hand, are syncing correctly with Zoho. We use both Windows 7 and Mac OSX operating systems in our organization. I understand that the plugin for Mac has some limitations and isOutlook plugin updating other users contacts
We had a user download the Outlook plugin and install on her machine. The user is claiming all they did was install and nothing more. Soon after installation many of our other users received notifications that she had modified contact records not owned by her. In fact there were several hundred contacts which were updated and this has upset many staff members. Does anyone know why the plugin would have flagged the contacts as modified? I'm trying to sync my contacts from Zoho CRM into my Outlook for Mac 2011. I downloaded and installed the outlook plugin, and I was able to log in to my Zoho CRM account. I was able to select the folder I want to sync to in outlook. I assume under settings in the Zoho CRM outlook plugin the "contact's folder" I'm selecting is the folder in Mac outlook that I would like to sync with Zoho? For Zoho, I use "accounts" as my clients. For most of my outlook contacts, I have their company listed in order to know who they work for. When I sync my outlook contacts to Zoho, it automatically creates an account for that company. Is there a way to change the sync settings so that it does not create an account automatically? Hi, I am trying to make the mail add on feature work without clutter. The issues is that all emails from the contact are being listed in every opportunity that contact is involved in/ linked to. I want to filter out the emails that are not relevant to the opportunity. It is ok to have all the mails of a contact under in the contact module. I have just started a trial of the Zoho CRM, but cannot get the plugin to show up. I have checked it is activated in Outlook, but it still doesn't show up. I want to export/sync contacts with MailChimp, but I can't find a way to export only certain contacts with a specified list in MailChimp.
