ZOHO plug in for outlook disappeared
I have had the ZOHO plug in for quite some time installed and working in outlook (2013, 32 bit). One morning, it went missing. I contacted ZOHO support and they were able to help within minutes. The following day, the plug in disappeared again. I traced the steps that the ZOHO support completed and that did not correct the issue again. Please advise. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.Outlook Tasks Due Date Not Syncing
When I remove a due date from a task in Outlook it does not remove it in the CRM interface. I can add tasks and it includes the due date. If I change the due date in Zoho it changes it in Outlook. This is frustrating. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?Outlook plugin link

Hi all is there anyway in mail merge in Zoho CRM to insert a unique reference number. Hello, I created a form in zoho that I would like to use on leadpages.net. When I submit information on the form I do not see where the leads end up? I have registered a support request but as with anything slightly complicated I am getting a terrible response - " we have passed this to technical". That was 48 hours ago - nothing back. I find Zoho support on anything slightly problematic ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. For example, the number of people who have asked about the 100 record update limitation to be told "that''s just how it is" but don't worry we will let you know when that changes is incredible. I had a problem with account names getting changed and I suspect it might have been from the Outlook connect. I was told by another Zoho user that Support was able to provide a file that showed these changes. I'm getting told by the help there is not available. I have the Outlook Plug-in and can select to add an email from my Outlook to a contact in Zoho. This works fine. The problem is that when anyone views (including myself) the contact record, the email doesn't appear unless you go down to the email section and select "Sent Emails from CRM". First of all, this is not intuitive since the email wasn't sent or received from CRM but from Outlook. The plug-in added the email to the CRM. Can "EMAIL 2" from Outlook be added as part of the sync tool to "Secondary Email" in ZOHO? Since both fields already exist, it would be a simple code change to add the fields. Today, over 90% of Customer Contacts have more than one email similar to Work, Mobile and Home phone. This lack of functionality requires a lot more time to custom add additional emails to almost every contact you sync. Benefit: That's a lot of time saved and tremendous workflow improvement with one minor add to a sync tool.Outlook plugin installation problems
Hi, one of my users was experiencing problems with the Outlook Plugin and when I connected it turns out he can't even install it. The installation program starts correctly and you will get the first page where you click next, then the installer just dies. We tried downloading it several times and then moved the installer to another computer where install just fine. We reinstalled office without any success. Maybe this has already been suggested - but I would like to see the new IMAP feature in Zoho CRM pull from "All Mail" instead of just the Inbox and Sent Messages of my email client. After communicating with a client, I usually archive the email so my inbox doesn't get cluttered. Unfortunately, Zoho CRM does not pull in emails from the Archived section, and these emails don't show up in Zoho. Hi Zoho CRM, I'd love to see some more development on the Zoho CRM Plugin for Outlook. Most businesses are using Outlook and I think there could be some more development to make adding emails from Outlook better. Maybe a tighter Integration with Outlook? My IMAP emails are being rejected by Gmail and Hotmail servers. It looks like there is a problem with sending it through the CRM. Anyone having problems with this? THE QUESTION Is it possible to create a remote sandbox of our database or a spreadsheet containing all the contact detail data from the previous backup (that we need to download) or any dataset you have that is as near to 8th Feb 2015. So I could try to recover my lost info - without affecting all my colleagues. Then re-import the sorted info again - safely - at a later date. Hello- We are new to Zoho- When we researched it one of the most important features was that it could connect with our Outlook. Now I am told that it will only sync MY emails to MY accounts... I don't know how this could possibly work for a company that has 5,000 contacts and 6 customer service people managing them. Customer service people, in general, do not OWN an account. Ive got the Premium account. From what I have read, I need to download Twiolo, which looks like an online Skype-type service. Is this correct? Does Phonebridge cost extra (or is it a separate add-on app?) So Phonebridge uses the online calling, rather than my mobile? I have read something about using an adaptor? I am setting up my Campaigns and need to add lead list to these. In order to do this I have CSV files to accomplish by mass upload. My concern is I do not want to generate duplicates. As well, if I load them as a lead and they are a contact will the upload catch this? We are currently testing out zoho and my question is whether or not emails sent and received through outlook will automatically be pushed to Zoho and attached to a contact, or does this only happen with a manual sync? This creates duplicates in Outlook adding duplicate contacts because it puts them in a category labeled Zoho and applying a purple label to them. So there are two issues: 1) the reverting from Outlook to Zoho back to Zoho/Outlook and 2) the duplicate label. The plugin for Outlook for one of my clients suddenly stopped working last week. The system doesn't seem to recognise her credentials any more. I have tried this on my own system - I normally use ZOHO mail - and have found the sme problem. Something tells me that the reason is that the Plugin was upgraded last year and needed to be reinstalled - is that the case and would this resolve the issue. I synced my ZOHO to Microsoft Outlook but it says my email address and password are incorrect when I log in on the pop up. I have never had this error occur and I have been using this for over a year. I used the same login information when I log into ZOHO and it's not working. I have attached a screenshot. Every time when I sign into Outlook and go to the add-in tab to sync contacts or calendar, I have to re-assign the folder that the add-in is to sync to. Prior to the upgraded plug-in, the software retained the mapping instructions but now it has become a point of irritation due to the constant task of resetting the sync mapping every time I log in.
