Twitter Sync not working again?
Hi, Notice yesterday and today that the Twitter sync is not working...is something wrong? - DHow can I automatically grab the contact data from a corporate homepage (or its imprint)?
I'm frequently searching the web for companies and want to add them to my ZOHO CRM. How can I do that most efficiently? Is there a plugin or workaround so that I do not have to copy and paste each field (Name, URL, Street, City, postal code, ...) individually but can automate this process as much as possible? The only tool I found was evercontact zoho crm chrome plugin, unfortunaltey the plugin hat some errors and could not import to ZOHO CRM. Furthermore, I prefer firefox.Problem with email plug in
I setup the plug in for email. It is setup for a Gmail account. When sending an an email from the "send email" section of account record, it works fine and invokes Gmail. When clicking on the email address which is highlighted in the top section of the account record, it invokes my Outlook mail editor. How can I change that so that it invokes my google Gmail? When my zoho add-in for Outlook 2013 is enabled my notes have menus. If you close the menus they reappear the next time outlook starts. Normally notes are not this big so the menus take up a lot of the viewing area. After disabling the Zoho CRM add-in the menus disappear. Since we should not have to compromise the other functions of Outlook when we are using Zoho is there a way to fix this?Looking for Nice Chat Interaction with Zoho CRM integration

I have set up a mail merge template in Word and have imported it for use in Zoho however when I try to use it all of the fields change and I have to go through and select the correct fields, which were already in the document. Once I have done this the merge is completed but only page one of two has information in it. Also once this has all happened Zoho freezes up for a bit and then everything I try to do it says that I do not have permission and that I need to contact my administrator, which IWhere do I find the download for google voice extension?
hey all I am trying to get google voice to work from within the crm. I found some articles on the net that said it works with chrome but can't find the plugin. When you switched over to the new UI for telephony integration in ZOHO CRM the application started creating new contact records for 100% of the inbound calls using the telephone number (see attached). How to I fix this so it does not do it anymore? Is there a way to add the inbound telephone number to an existing record? See attached image. I've installed the Outlook 64-bit plugin and it shows up as an activated Com add-in inside Outlook. I want to write and email and have it match to a contact and record to their history in Zoho. However, when I click on the Add-In menu in the message compose window. the button and text for "Send and add to Zoho CRM" is ghosted out.Zoho CRM Doesn't work with MS Office 2013.
You should warn people of this fact before people start paying money.... Your CRM service advertises a plug in that works with Windows 8 and MS Office/Outlook - It clearly does not. I have emailed zoho about the issue starting 8 days ago, both responses said they would get back to me, and even asked for a time. No one called. Many emails are sent to multiple people, either all in the To field or in the CC field. There is no way to sync a single email to multiple users using the Outlook plug-in - the plug-in shows a string like this, but will not sync to it: name.one@company.com;name.two@company.com;name.three@company.com Using this example, if I want that email to show up in each recipient's CRM record, I have to sync it three separate times, one for each contact. This is a huge time-waster and uses storage space unnecessarily.After upgrade from free to standard version my Outlook add-in does not work

It is impossible for me on one PC to get the complement Zoho Plugin active. It has been installed but is not loaded at start of Outlook. It simply doesn't want to start. I have Outlook 2010 and plugin sometimes does not "stick" and stay active. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it from download off Zoho site a number of times. It works most of the time. When it does work, it is not updating contacts in Outlook contacts. For example I make a change to contact in Zoho CRM (added email address to contact that did not have one in there at all). I just subscribed with Zoho CRM and downloaded an Outlook add-on. I'm evaluating ZOHO crm and some things seem to be hard to do. 95% of customers are individuals (contacts, not accounts) When I add a tasks/events/call- it appears nicely under the contact, but if I go to the last of tasks, etc. I only see the task description e.g. "call them to make an appointment" - but I have no idea who, unless I click on the task and get to the conact page. I am using the Outlook plugin with Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 and it regularly locks up outlook, mostly when typing an email message, which requires me to kill the Outlook task in Task Manager. But when I cut and paste the code onto my website, it shows up fine when my site www.newzealandemigration.co.uk is published, I can fill it out but I then cant seem to find it anywhere in my Zoho account. Ok so I've encountered a strange issue. When I create an appointment in Outlook on my calendar, then sync to my Zoho Calendar using the add-in, it shows up correctly in Zoho, but in Outlook the time jumps ahead by 1 hour. If I do another sync it jumps ahead by another hour. This is very concerning because I've invited people to this appointment and they keep getting appointment changed messages. Will zoho automatically log that a call has come in to the contact's record? or do you need to manually click log call during the call.. I would like to have it automatically logged.. Would also be nice that is a call was missed by the contact that could be logged too... Meaning the contact called in but no one answered or the call was sent to voicemail. Hello, we succeded in configure PhoneBridge with our PBX. I'm wondering if is there a way to inform that someone is calling on another page than crm.zoho.com? I mean I am logged in to CRM in one tab, but I'm doing something else in other tab, and I want to see popup with customer name and information that someone is calling immediately. I have set-up Zoho CRM Outlook integration to create a lead if the recipients address aren't found in Contacts or Leads. Now I've sent emails to multiple contacts and for all of them Zoho CRM created new leads, although all email,addresses existed as primary email in Contacts. What is wrong? I get an non-verbose error on a sent email, see attachment. The only to recipient doesn't exist in CRM, by the settings of Zoho CRM Email Plug-in it should create a Lead. I have been trying ot use the Zoho plugin with Outlook 2013 (not the 365 version) but it is inconsistent. After setting it up it works fine. However, on most occasions if I close Outlook and reopen later it is not active. I have to go to add ins and comm and check it again. Then restart Outlook and it works. However, the next reopen of Outlook it's not there and I have to repeat the process. Is there a way to make it stick? Are there add-ins that conflict with it?Next Page
