Mailchimp integration Custom Field Length
OK, so I am trying to get Mailchimp to send back the results of the email campaigns using SyncApps. I get stuck on Field Length. I have no idea what that will be as the subject line length will change. Any suggestions?Synchronising the Outlook contact categories into Zoho
Hi all I am starting to use Zoho a lot now, but have just hit what could be a total deal breaker for my company. Zoho uses Outlook's Category field to determine which contacts to sync. That's OK, I've set all business contacts to have the category "Zoho" as recomended. However, I also use this field extensively for other purposes. e.g. I use it to hold the market segment, the type of contact, the source of the original contact, etc. Currently, Zoho does not sync this field and its values, so thisZOHO CRM Plugin for our website

Hi folks, I am trialling the Outlook 2010 plugin for Zoho CRM. In Outlook I have several different mail accounts from which I send emails to contacts.I have these all under the same profile so that I can read multiple inboxes without having to exit and restart Outlook. I tried sending gmails to customers with attachments and add bbb:lzykqs@mails.zoho.com and receive this gmail error message. I am using the Outlook add-on for ZOHO. Whenever I email a lead and click Add Email it adds that lead as a contact. I then have to go delete the contact and click the add email button again and then it puts them in the CRM as a lead. Any thoughts?Problem with sync gmil with zoho crm

Hi Everybody! I have a very annoying issue with the Zoho-CRM PlugIn for MS Outlook - I cannot seem to get it to work at all... My configuration is: Outlook 2013 (32-Bit) under Win 8.1 (64-Bit) I tried to follow the instructions for the installation very carefully - downloading the proper plugin: "MS Outlook 2010 & 2013 32 Bit", running it as Administrator; In the installation dialogue I tried "for everyone" and also - after deinstalling it and reinstalling again I tried "for just me". Whenever I email a lead and I ask the add on to add the email to ZOHO it creates a new contact. If I delete that contact then add the email again it puts it in the lead where it should be. Anyone else have this issue?outlook contacts showing up as leads
I am not sure how to best use the Outlook Plug in. I was hoping that emails to/from zoho leads & contacts would appear as activity in Zoho. So far that has not happened. Most of the search and attach email processes I do is to attach emails to contacts and not Potentials. The default module selected when the attach window opens is the Leads module.Can this be changed to be Contacts? Hi all, I have the Outlook plugin set up so that calendar and emails are sync'd automatically to zoho. My problem is that every email in my inbox shows as "Read" even if I haven't read it yet. I'm missing important emails because of this. How can I stop this from happening? I have just signed up and am on Enterprise trial. I also purchased the outlook mail plugin. I am using Windows 7 64 bit, and Microsoft Outlook 2010 64 bit. The plug-in was downloaded successfully, and installed correctly. No errors shown. But when I go into Outlook, I do not see the Zohocrm bar. When I go to the Add-ins, I do not see Zoho crm plug-in at all. When I click on GO for manual addition of the DLL, as mentioned in the help, I get the c:\users\vinai\appdata\roaming\zoho\zohocrm\zohocrmoladdin.dlloutlook plugin newbie - emails listed as leads??

We are new organisation using Saasu for our accounting system. We wish it to integrate with a crm and had decided to use Zoho. The integration happens via a OneSaas bridge. We have also signed up for Office 365. I'm not sure we have chosen the correct products, and it would be great to keep it simple. We quote, invoice, purchase and reconcile everything via Saasu. I cannot get The plugin to work for Outlook 2010, on Windows 7. I installed while Outlook was closed, made sure it was enabled in the trust center, but stil will not work. I can export my contacts by selecting them then using the export feature in the plug in right under the sync option, but marking the contacts as Zoho and trying to sync simply will not work for more then a couple of contacts. hi, I am (still)struggling with outlook 2013 integration on calender sync. I succeed in installing the zoho plugin and I can see the installation in the addin overview in the outlook settings, but the tab "zoho" fail to pop up in the tool bar. Does anyone know if the language version of outlook should have any impact on the zoho integration ? My windows version is 7 home edition and my office package is 365 home edition. I have downloaded and installed the Outlook CRM plug-in however when I open up Outlook and try to associate certain emails to the CRM I am not able to. I clearly see the add-in tab in Outlook and when I click on it I can also see the words "Send and Add to ZOHO CRM" however the words have no option to click on them. I am trying to sync contacts from Zoho into outlook. I currently have 5801 contacts in zoho, all owned by me. The outlook connector tells me i is is syncing all 5801 contacts into my empty outlook contacts folder, but only 14 are actually downloaded. I also get a counter "adding 1 of 5801" all the way to 5801 but only 14 show up. I have tried no another computer with a different version of outlook and i get the exact same result. I use Zoho CRM PlugIn for Outlook 2007. For the last three months I have had really bad problems with it and the service issues have been either ignored or extremely badly dealt with. My problem. The add-on in the send emails functionality won't register and allow me to send my emails to Leads or Potentials. Hi, I'm looking to sync Zoho with Campaign Monitor using Kloud Connector. So far I have set up a campaign in zoho and sync it up so that campaign is now showing in campaign monitor. What I would like to do now is sync all my leads, potentials and contacts with that campaign. So I have access to ALL my data in Campaign Monitor. How do you associate a TASK that is created from Zoho with Outlook 2013.
