Latest Outlook Plugin Version, Not Useful - Like the old way better with the Zoho Sent Button
The latest version with the Zoho's Outlook Plugin requires when composing a new email that the contact and email address has to exist in your Outlook Contact record in order for the automatic email attachment to work to update your Zoho Contact or Lead record. I think this is a bad idea. I like the old way when you can use a Zoho Sent Button when composing a new email in Outlook. Zoho is assuming that companies are using their business contact records from within the Outlook contact records.Google Calendar only partially syncing
I've submitted tickets on this and no one has gotten back to me to resolve this issue. Google calendar is only partially syncing with Zoho. Older entries have come in, but nothing from November has synced and only a couple entries from December have synced. It has been over week now since I first asked for help on this issue and I have yet to hear back with a solution. I'm about ready to ditch Zoho at this point and switch to SalesForce if this cannot be resolved.Export to zoho doc

I have spent 10 hours to-day uninstalling, reinstalling, reading everything I can find on every forum on Google to try and make the Zoho CRM Outlook work in Outlook 2007. And nothing works. I do note when I have micros security set at "warning for all micros" that when I re-install "C\PROGRA~1\ZOHO\zohocrm|REDEMP~1.dll" keeps coming up when it asks me to enable macros even though I have uninstalled and trashed everyhting I can find. I have spent 10 hours today trying to make the Zoho CRM Outlook plugin work. I have uninstalled many times. learnt about Load behaviors: Load at Start-Up. When I make an entry for a Contact, it doesn't sync with Google Calendar. However, when I click on the entry in calendar, click edit, and then save it again, it will then appear in Google calendar. It's been 5 days since I submitted a ticket on this and still have not gotten a response. I have built a webform that submits user information into the cases module. I have also embedded this form on our website and the form submission is working perfectly. The Issue: I have the "Enable Contact Creation" option checked and when a new webform is submitted a corresponding contact is not also being created. Secondly, if I submit a request via a test user that already exists in the CRM, the cases are not being related to the existing contact. In my evaluation phase for CRM, I exported all of my contacts to Zoho using the Outlook plugin. I subsequently deleted them all from CRM, but now whenever I try to export one again, the operation fails with the message "already added." Once a case is created from the email and sender email is saved in the email field address of the zoho case form, can I have an automated response sent to the customer. (for example, you have opened case # xxxxx, thank you....) I have been using the Google Calendar sync feature and it is great, however, one thing that is really perplexing me is my reminders change to weird number such as 36 hours before the event, when I entered it at 30 minutes or 3 hours, etc. Is anyone else having this problem? I have put in the Outlook Plugin and was able to transfer new contacts back and forth but if I update a contact and do sync again nothing updates. Example for 2 different records I added the phone number in Outlook and an e-mail address is Zoho and when I did sync it came up with no updates. I have this issue since I install the software , the rest is functional and I can sync contacts,calendar , etc. is fine . I receive two pone calls from the Zoho support but they can´t find a solution and I pay for the plug-in monthly .Zoho, making the web a better place.
I can use their invoicing system & CRM and officially have my entire life really like how they did their website. Really clean and simple and they have the draggable box showing off their drag and drop website creation. Very smart and creative used many products from Zoho. I think they lack the class. Good morning, we are in the process of rolling out office 2010 to our estate. During our testing phase we have come across some issues with the Zoho mail merge. I opened the developer ZSC key section in one window opened the projects Add-on section in another. Clicked Activate Copied the key and made sure no spaces in front or back... copied my email address, again made sure no spaces Clicked Next and it just closed and took me back to the 'Activate' button again. I click it and do it all over. Just keeps happening. I tried this in Firefox, IE (with and without compatability turned on), and Chrome. Any ideas why this is not working? Hi, I have started looking into integrating mail into out CRM but I have noticed that when I have a mail conversation with a lead our mails are not grouped as one conversation. I believe that it because the heading of the mail is changed a "Re:" is aded to the heading and sometimes "Sv:". Can this be fixed? It is very hard to follow a mail conversation as it it today.
