Outlook plugin - create Leads or Contacts with Name
Hi, I am currently testing the Outlook plugin, it works quite well. I am using the "Send and add to Zoho CRM" functionality. I send mails to Leads that aren't already in our Zoho system. Zoho automatically creates a new Lead (and that's fine). Yet, the plugin creates a new Lead with the name is the username of the lead e-mail. For instance, if I send a mail to john.doe@domain.com. Zoho creates a new lead filling the name with john.doe (even if I sent a mail to "John Doe <john.doe@domain.com>"). IsRemove billing for a disabled plug-in/add-on feature
I need to stop the billing for the Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Outlook. I signed up for it in hopes it would be a solution for a problem I had in syncing my Microsoft Outlook Web Access with Zoho CRM. It did not solve my problem, and now I need to stop the billing for the product. Today I went into Subscription/Manage Users and unchecked the "Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Outlook" box, then pressed "Save". But I do not see how to stop the monthly billing for the Plug-in. Please direct me to how to stopContact Ownership for Outlook sync
I'd like to setup a public folder on our Exchange server which contains a read-only copy of all of our contacts. But so far, I haven't been able to find a way to sync anything but contacts belonging to the user doing the sync. Is there a way short of re-assigning owenership of everything to accomplish this? Hey, I added the zoho HTML into my "contact us" page at mountainridgecapital.com but when I enter my own information in there, I do not show up as a new lead in zoho. I did edit a couple of the fields in the HTML ( I changed "Industry New" to just read "Industry" I also changed the title bar from "Web Form" to "Contact US" What can I do to collect my contacts data? I have been using Google Apps mail and Zoho for months without problems. Recently however, with no change, I notice that not all my Sent emails are showing up in Zoho contacts/Leads. It is hard to tell what is different between the ones that do show and the ones that don't. It MIGHT be that ones I delete in Google Mail are not showing up, even though I have the IMAP setting to not delete the Zoho email. Any ideas where I should look?Problem with CRM Plugin
I'm trying to deactivate ZOHO CRM Plugin for Microsoft Outlook. When I try to save I get the message "You cannot enable ZOHO CRM Plugin for Microsoft Outlook activation for a disabled user". Hello, I keep getting the message: "Cannot download the Microsoft Word mail merge template. It is being used by another application or program. Close the template and try again" I get this message when I try to do a mail merge. I tried everything to solve the issue listed on your page that details 'common error messages' and the only solution is when I delete mmtemplate.docx, but once I delete this, it only works once, then the second time it stops working immediately. I have downloaded the ZoHo Plug-In for MS Outlook and am trying to enable it for our users. 1. Click Setup > Subscription Manager > Activate Users. 2. In the Activate Users page, click Edit and enable Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook checkbox for the required users. Am I and my customers the only ones in the world getting this problem???? A script error comes up when running Word mailmerge. Sometimes you can click through and it continues OK. Other times it crashes out of Word and you can't run the mailmerge at all. Seems it might be sensitive to the spec of the PC. Anyone else getting this ??? If so any suggestions? We use Zoho CRM to manage our data. We collect data from customers, run it through an excel model to generate the numbers for a proposal specific to that customer, and then import all this data into Zoho. The issue is that when inputs from the customer change, we need to go back to the model, recalculate in excel and then import again. This is an error-prone process. I wonder if anyone knows a way so that we can integrate the excel model into zoho. Then we could designate which fields in ZohoAdd email to ZOHO Crm
If I go to my sent box and need to add an e-mail to zoho it adds to my e-mail address not the person I am sending it to. So I have to delete myself and look up the recipient info. (Send & Add) after creation of an e-mail does add it to recipients file. Am I missing something? Is this an oversight?Outlook Add-in -- does not seem to be working
We are using ZOHO CRM and I have the outlook add-in. However, I do not see any functionality inside of Outlook to connect me to my ZOHO CRM database. Introduction:We are currently using Zoho CRM and zoho mail add-on. However, we use outlook to send emails to clients. Currently we can get those emails sent via Outlook back into Zoho if we remember to use the Zoho BCC dropbox. My Question: If we migrate from our current email host to Zoho Mail for all of our email hosting, will we still need to use the Zoho BCC dropbox if we are sending email to clients via MS Outlook. I purchased the app and installed it. Testing it on a badge from a prior trade show, it was iffy at best. Once it did capture the name, it did not place it in the proper fields. Great work on the phone integration. I have a few ideas which will make it better: 1.) If the phone number has ( ) - or . in it, the record does not relate to the call when you dial. Can you strip the periods, parenthesis, or hyphens when doing a search so regardless of how the phone number was entered, it matches to the record? 2.) In the CRM list, right now it just displays the phone number as XXXXXXXXXX or however it was entered. Can you format it so that there is formatting in List View? 3.)[SOLVED] Log Outgoing call?

Why is there not an option to add Outlook contacts to Zoho Leads (why only to Contacts). If you can add contacts to Leads with the iPhone app, why not with Outlook plug-in? When adding a new contact to Zoho it woud be easier to add it to Leads and then use Zoho to convert it to Contacts & Accounts. That way all the business info (phone, addresss, etc.) would be added to the Accounts module also (instead of being blank??). When syncing from Outlook only the business name is added to Accounts, andMail Add-on not function as I thought
All I wanted to do is - automatic 'pulling' of all emails sent and received from my own email address (not the zoho email). Before I subscribe to the Mail Add-on, I learnt bcc'ing all out-going messages to Zoho and they'll then be tagged nicely inside Leads / Contacts. I felt great about it but that missed the in-coming message sent by clients. So I went on to pay extra trying to have both in-coming and out-going mails automatically tagged inside Leads / Contacts, without even needed to do the bcc'PhoneBridge and Digium Asterisk Hosted Solution
Hi, I am interested in the PhoneBridge add on. We are looking at options with setting up a VoIP system but do not want all the hardware that goes with it. The idea of moving to the cloud is to reduce hardware. One option we are looking at is the Digium Hosted PBX system.
