Hi, MailMagnet is a great idea, in fact, thats only the reason I'm using Zoho. It looked like such a great tool but there's several shortcomings. I'm going to list a few and see if anyone reaches out. 1. Create Unique Icon for MailMagnet. The standard envelope mail icon is confusing and lazy. Spruce it up a bit so I don't just glance over it. How about a magnet? Maybe two "m"s? 2. Please introduce threads for the same email conversations. Otherwise I spend a great deal of time and effort searchingZoho App

Hello, I use the Zoho Mail plugin for Zoho CRM and lately I have had quite a few people not getting emails that I sent. They are not getting returned to me undeliverable. It has happened using BOTH the Zoho SMTP and my Go Daddy SMTP. Its kind of scary actually because it makes me look flaky. I can go to my sent folder and they are there and I can actually forward it to the person again and they sometimes get it. It doesn't happen to any particular contact. Hello, it is happening to me quite often that I have e-mail conversation not related to Contact itself or Potential, but to Campaign, Product or Company ... would it be possible to enable e-mail imports also to these modules? Hello, We've found that the iPhone's dictation function doesn't work with the Description field, but does work with the Subject field. Two questions: 1) Is this a bug, or by design? 2) Is there a character limitation in the Subject field? The gmail contextual gadget for Zoho CRM doesn't seem to allow me to choose which fields to show. As such it's missing lots of ones I'd like to be able to change. It also doesn't link to the main lead page within Zoho CRM which means that if I want to change any fields not shown I need to login to CRM then search for the lead. I am using Gravity Forms web form plugin with google anaytics addition. I am using helpforwp plugin Forms to Zoho app for integration into zoho CRM. Here is the problem I am having. I can get the form to create the leads properly. I have a workflow automation to setup a task for followup when a lead is created. When I manually setup a lead, the workflow works. When I use the Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM integration app, the lead sets up fine but there is no task for followup.WIndows blocking add on

When I select the email to be sent to Zoho, if one of the recipients is an Exchange user, it will import the contact as the following: name: "/o" email: "/o" How can I fix this? Hello I am testing CRM Free and in order to check Outlook plug-in, I have followed the steps related in your Setup area-Plug-in for outlook After finishing the steps (download plug-in, install it and activate accounts for plug-in), I don't have any menu/bar in Outlook about ZOHO CRM I have re-installed plug-in and re-start my computer several times Besides, I have also checked Windows updates and it is OK. From outlook, I have tried to add manually the plug-in (Advance options->Add COM) but SWContacts Do NOT Sync Due to Missing Entries

I was using the outlook add-in during the free trial and it worked perfectly. I decided to go ahead and keep that functionality and as soon as I paid for it, it quit working as it should. When I would add the email to Zoho from Outlook, it would delete the email from outlook. I was told to remove the add-in and re-install it. I have not been able to re-install the add-in because it says it cannot write the files to the registry because I have to have admin rights. I do have them on my computer.Outlook Plugin Functionality
I just downloaded Zoho CRM today along with the Outlook plugin. It would be great to have a print driver so we could print a document directly into the clients file in CRM. For example: I have a document from another system, I could pick print and then pick CRM print driver, it opens the CRM you can search for the client file then print direcly into their file and it shows up as an attachment. Hi, My questions concerns the Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook / the function to add e-mail to Zoho CRM. Would it be possible to add the possibility to Zoho CRM to the module "Sales Order". Currently it is possible to add the e-mail to "Potentials", "Contacts" or "Leads". Often however, e-mail communication is specifically about an order, so it would be more logical to save it there. hi i would like to use the office plugin to print labels for envelopes. When zoho is fetching the contacts from zohocrm, it is duplicationg some of the contacts although they are not duplicated within zohocrm. the screen shot is as follows. We just started with Zoho. I am responsible for our users to start adding items to the CRM. However, in Outlook 2010 if you want to add an email to Zoho, you first have to select the email (after sending), then click on the "Add-Ins" and then click on "add email to Zoho". This will definitely prevent users from adding the emails, thus rendering the whole system useless. Is there a way to at least add a button to the main ribbon? Cheers, FredFreshdesk

Hi I am using Outlook Sync. The first Sync added all my Outlook Contacts to Zoho CRM. There are some contact that I do not want in Zoho. I then added to the Contacts to that I wanted to Sync the Category "Zoho" and synced. I then deleted my personal contacts from Zoho, when Syncing it removed them from Outlook as well. How do I get a Category of Contact from Outlook into Zoho, and if I add contact to Zoho how do I get them to sync to Outlook without syncing EVERY contact. Ta Mikeweb to lead not working
