Gmail Plugin and Google Voice SMS/MMS Photo Attachments
Hello, The nature of my business requires the use of MMS picture messaging to allow potential customers the ability to send photos for us to evaluate before they send something in for repair. We have a Gmail account with an assigned Google voice number that receives these photos. Currently, we create the lead in CRM, then we have to manually download the photos and reattach them to the lead. It would really be ideal if the CRM plugin could be savvy enough to match the phone number (which is the sameadding a vendor from side pane (in outlook) !
Hi, Adding a person email as a lead or contact from the side pane is great .. but a third option would be nice as well (Vendors) as such communications is a must in every scenario (where you communicate with a customer OR vendor as a sales person). Hi, I had the known issue of exceeded maximum authtokens. I proceeded as explained (go to Zoho Account, delete authtokens so I have only one or two left). Now, when I enter mail and password in MS Zoho connection window, nothing happens. I mean, fields get empty, and I have no feedback. And I can no longer use Outlook, because Zoho is enable to connect... What should I do ? If I unsinstall / reinstall the plugin, will I lost all my synchronization history ? I'm trying to integrate Mailchimp and Zoho CRM so that our existing customers are synced into Mailchimp. I've selected what I'm sure are all the right fields, and issued the sync multiple times now, however nothing is pushing through to Mailchimp. I also require Mailchimp lists to sync through to CRM, but I'm sure the sync will not work on this also. Hi, I'm testing out the Outlook CRM plugin, I was wondering does anyone know if it is possible to create an event under a lead/contacts name from the outlook calendar, I can create the event in CRM under their name and then this syncs with my outlook calendar but ideally what I would like is that I create it in outlook, then searches the email and associates that event under the lead in CRM. Hi All, I have been experiencing a serious problem with my MS Word Templates. All my logos disappear, fonts change and some data completely changes. It seems as though Zoho has changed their mail merge fields so all the templates I've created and uploaded now are not merging correctly and I'm getting errors saying those fields don't exist anymore...I even deleted and re-downloaded the Zoho MS Word Add on and Internet Explorer Add on to try two different ways of mail merging documents, and I am still having issues. I am new to Zoho, Ive been doing some research and i found what is called "Price Book" and i see that it offers discounts for qty. and i see that its done by a % discount. Our pricing structure is still based on tiered discount but we dont use a "%" discount we use a flat rate fee. Is there a way to change this? Using Outlook plugin., I am adding to CRM all SENT email. I have deselected "If no contacts match..." and "If no leads match..." Sometimes we get emails that relate to an existing client or deal that aren't necessarily from that client. If I add the email to the CRM, it will automatically create a new client - which isn't correct. Currently the workaround I'm using is saving emails and dragging them into the attachments section of a deal. Hi Zoho, I have tried each cloud integration and found funny glitches about each one of them. Ultimately, I am using dropbox. My only complaint about dropbox is how it acts when you convert leads to contacts. You windup with two user folders - one in the leads bucket and one in the contacts bucket, and the documents which were in leads stay there and won't appear anywhere else unless you move them over to the contact. It would be great if somehow the dropbox lead attachments automatically movedContact and email sync with O365
I tested Zoho One using an alternate email account for a few weeks before deciding to subscribe using my "real" account. It now appears that I've somehow left the Zoho / Outlook integration process "confused." When I do a "Search and Add Email" for a contact that is NOT yet in Zoho CRM, Zoho reports that it is added, the Category is set to "Added to Zoho" in Outlook, but the email does not attach to the newly created Zoho record. Hi, I have set up and configured Twilio SMS through the Twilio extension, Inbound and outbound sms function is working but inbound sms receives two of the same message is there a config problem here? Also is there a way we can get desktop notification or something for inbound sms? I have the Calendar Syncing but keep getting a universal coordinated time appt setup in out look. I schedule a 6am event in Zoho. The event syncs with my outlook in the 6am slot. Hi, A few of our sales engineers are having issues syncing their Zoho calendars to Outlook 2010 calendars. The issue started recently. I verified their settings of the Outlook plug-in, and the "Added to Zoho" category is properly checked. We were very excited about it at first - it automatically looks for the phone number in leads/contacts, we can take notes, schedule follow up, etc really easily. Hi, We just got PhoneBridge set up last thursday and I have a problem - my call start times are all an hour off. The phone rang a minute ago which was just before 5pm Eastern. RingCentral's call log is showing 4:57pm and zoho is showing 3:57pm. I've double checked everywhere I know to check time zones and they are all set to Eastern.
