New Gmail plugin
The New plugin looks very good, but there is one challenge, when I open an email that I sent to a customer, I would like to view their information and not my own. I would suggest that if the email is from my self (email address can be listed) instead use the FIRST receiver in the email... I also noticed then I use threads, that the plugin did not refresh, when I marked different emails in the treads, and it was hard to get the right contact. Mostly it shows my own contact details.cannot access after the new UI

I've been able to install the plugin no problem on my Desktop at home as well as another laptop for another user, however when trying to install it for myself on my Surface Tablet it will not do it. The install looks like it works, however it is no where to be found upon application restart. Is it possible that the version of my Outlook is not supported or because I am using a tablet? I set up the outlook plug in to sync my contacts between Zoho CRm and my Mac 2011 client. It goes through the whole process but only seems to sync a small number of contacts. Now, when I go back to the sync process, it says that the contats are already synced. I have 6,000 contacts in my Outlook but am only getting 452 into Zoho. What an I do? Hello! We've succesfully integrated our mautic installation with Zoho, and we are able to push new leads into our Zoho crm. Separately, we've created a workflow so our sales rep is notified via an email whenever a lead is ready to be contacted. When we manually create a new lead, the workflow works as expected. When mautic pushes a new lead, the lead is created succesfully, but no email is sent. Is there a way we can configure the workflow to work with leads coming from mautic?Website Click to Call

Hi, Just signed up and finding a difficult time attaching emails to Potentials. As a previous Salesforce user, would do this by using the BCC email and then adding a code in the email (code included the ID of the Opportunity/Potential to which the email would become associated). I think it was called Email2Salesforce. Can anyone document how to do this in Zoho CRM? I note how to add an email from within the Potentials module, however, this is inconvenient. I am trying to uninstall (move to Trash) the Zoho CRM Outlook Plugin so I can reinstall. I had this problem before & sadly did not save the steps. I run Sierra 10.12.3. I have control clicked, opened contents and deleted the plug in folder, and then tried but still get an error message that plug in is open and can't be move to trash bin even Outlook & Chrome were forced quit & I restarted the computer. I am trying to get PhoneBridge working with Twilio. One bug I've found on two different Mac computers is if you're not viewing your browser at the time of someone calling: You don't get any indication other than a phone call noise that a call is coming through (you'd think there would be a chrome alert like SalesIQ) You cannot answer the call - see screenshot below - these no number and no answer button Has anyone else had these problems and overcome them? Since installing the CRM Plug In for Outlook all of our staff are experiencing display issues in Outlook, such as black boxes and other graphics failures. Is there a fix for this? Our work around is to close and then reopen Outlook, which is not a great fix.Is there any way to assign where an outbound email is filed?
I have modified my modules, and cannot seem to find a way to choose where my outbound emails from Outlook are being filed. We have a Zoho webform on our website that feeds into Leads. We have noticed that if the user hits 'submit' more than once (As many unfortauntely will do if experiencing lag) then they will be registered as a lead twice. This is not good, as it creates clustered data and spams our emails. Please assist if anybody has a solution - our only option at this point would be to remove the Zoho webform. My company uses Potential's as potential deals we are going to close. The deals can take months to close and require intensive back-and-forth with several people. We'd like to be able to send/receive emails via Outlook and add those emails to the Potential via the Outlook Plugin. Currently I see "Select Module" for Contact and Lead, but not for Potential. Is any one else having issues with mail not syncing in CRM? we use Zoho Mail and emails get pushed into CRM under associated contacts, but no emails are syncing since 2/4/17 for anybody in our organization. 2/3/17 is last date emails were added to CRM. I currently have the Outlook Add-On (v1.4) installed on my Mac. Whenever I attempt to add an email from Outlook to CRM, it doesn't seem to work although I get a success notification. I am logged in, and the add-on is performing the look-up within the CRM as I can see the account which the email address is associated with. We use Outlook 2016 with Office 365, and then my laptop is a Macbook so Apple Mail. I'd love to easily be able to attach email from these programs quickly to Zoho CRM Opportunity records or Quote records. The official plugin unfortunately is only Accounts, Leads, and Contacts for some reason. I don't want it to be automatic or anything, I prefer being able to click an email and then select the record to attach it to. I had the outlook plugin working on an old windows 7 computer with outlook 2010. I have now installed the plugin on outlook 2016 running in windows 10. There are a few contacts that are in zoho that for some reason aren't in my outlook list. The plugin makes no attempt to bring them into outlook when it runs though. Any thoughts? Hello, I have installed the Asterisk Phonebrige and connected it to Asterisk Manager. I also have created a token in Zoho and implemented in the conf file. When I make a inbound call, my phone is ringing and when I pick up that call a small box in zoho is appearing with details about the customer who is calling.
