Duplicate Salutation Title in Contact Module
When creating a new contact the first name - salutation field which is part of the first name field has two lots of salutations i.e. Mr. Ms. Mrs. then Mr Ms Lady so two lots one set with a Dot and one without can i get rid of these (the is the predefined zoho field)? I hope it doesn't affect the ability to pull off a report for title's if i wanted to check for any blank ones.
Automatically sorting email into CRM potentials and Leads via tracking code or address
Hi all......I am moving from another CRM, and want to re-create one of the best features of that CRM here in Zoho: e-mail integration. What the other CRM did was allow me to email the customer/potential/lead/whatever from the potential/lead/whatever in the CRM (and therefore archive ALL correspondence) and the CRM added a tracking code somewhere in the mail message so that when the customer replied, that email was routed into the specific deal/opportunity/potential/whatever. Permissions
I would like the content of some fields to be viewable only to certain users. As an Administrator, can I assign permissions to see data in a specific field?

I'm a newbie on this, could someone tell me if it's possible to do the following: I want to send out a survey to customers, then when the customer has filled out the survey I want the information to automatically load on the CRM, obviously on the relevant customer's page. Email function on Account as well as other modules
Hi I had noticed that the email function is on Contacts module, is there a way to show it on the Accounts Module, in a similar fashion as the "Show All Notes" tick box. As there doesn't seem a way to detect whether there are any emails linked elsewhere on the account module?
Modifying timestamp
I am using the notes field for describing meeting notes, notes of phone calls, general info about the company such as articles. Zoho adds a time stamp automatically. Is there a way to modify the time stamp? For example: If I create a note today about my meeting of yesterday, I would prefer if the time stamp could be set to yesterday so I know what date the meeting was when I read the notes a few months later.
Email notification part of paid subscription
If I wanted to notify a user via email if there was a change, note added, etc...Is that part of your paid services. Don't see where I can do that with the free service.

Automation - Do not see lead email fields to include in workflow.
I am trying to setup rules in professional edition. I need to create a workflow using standard email field on the leads object. When I try to create workflow I am not getting lead fields in the ' Person's associated to the lead'. Is there a limitation with the professional edition? I will appreciate help of the community.

how do i display the same for each user
Hi, I have currently only 3 users. I want the exact same display for all users, so when anyone logs in, they can see the same data in the same layout. all of us are administration level users. I am typically the one making the customisations, and have shared all in my user settings. but when someone else logs on, they do not get the same display as me? I believe it can be done, but am not sure how? what do I need to do to make it display identically for each of the other users Thanks DAN

2 things Is there a way to MASS follow potentials and any other necessary modules and it would seem that i have to select follow both on the account and the potentials etc as any updates on the other modules does not show on pulse, why? surely you should be following the whole account and anything that is attached to it?

In Zoho on the Navigation bar, there are several sub sections that do not pertain to my specific job with my company. My question, concern, is the ability to personalize the order of the items. How it is currently laid out, most of the items that I use on a daily basis, I have to look for in the +More tab. Is there a way to Create a Custom Module without having a required field?
My company sells Restaurants / Real Estate. An important part of our business is keeping track of any potential Buyer that we have introduced to a specific property. How to delete Contact <-> Product relationship?
How can I, with the API, remove a relationship between a Contact and a Product? This is needed for example, when a customer has returned a product and we want to update Zoho to reflect that. Automate Territory Assignments
Hello All! I would like to automate the Territory selection. For example, if you create a Potential or Account and the state is Florida, I want it to automatically know or assign Atlantic Region territory, state is California, Pacific Region, etc. I would like to create Territories based on states and have it automated so my users don't have to select a Territory. I followed the instructions to Reinvite a user, but when I go to Setup => User, and hover over the name of the user, the "Reinvite" button does not appear. Only the "Deactivate" button appears. How do I re-invite a user?

Send Mail - BCC me everytime
When I send out proposals and follow ups I want to bcc a copy into my gmail account for record keeping. Is there a way I can permanantly set a bcc? At the moment I am manually entering it in and zoho doesn't allow auto-recall so I have to type the full address (can't even select from drop down)
FB/Twitter style Newsfeed for ZoHo
Is there a module available for ZoHo that has a FB/Twitter style newsfeed? What I mean by this is like a timeline that lists any activity on a lead or account? I would like to be able to at a glance see any notes that were entered to any account around the end of the day by any of the users without having to open each every account individually and check to see if any new notes have been entered.

How to build CRM for events in multiple years
I am using Zoho CRM for an event planning business. Our clients are cities, who re-sign with us every year. So every year they are a 'new' account. If they don't resign with us, we get a new client in that city. I am trying to figure out the best way to build this in Zoho. For example, we have an event in Atlanta every year (2013, 2014, 2015). Each year is considered a new Account, but lots of the contacts stay the same through out the years. I need to create a separate profile for each year, as

Hi, I've been using Zoho for quite a while now and I must say it really helps me be on top of all my leads. However, one small thing that really annoys me that I think could be fixed easily. Whenever I go through my leads and click into them, then click the back button it takes me to the top of the page rather that the place I was up to. I then have to scroll down again and look for where I was up to. Is there any way to change that? Thanks in advance, Sal
