Third module in a report?
Does anyone know if there is any way to include a field from a third module in a report? I would like to include the main contact name of the person connected to an opportunity along with the company name and opportunity information. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Web Form Autoresponder being flagged as spam - either email issue or SMTP server issue?
Hi, I have setup a web form that sends out a intro email to leads. This works fine, however the intro emails are being placed in customer's spam boxes so unless they check they don't get them. There are a couple of issues that might trip up the spam filters:- 1. My email on here is julian@over... that is automatically picked up on the setup for the autoresponder, but I have set the responder to reply to sales@over... How to inidcate which contact is the main contact?
I have several contacts for one account. Looking at the Contacts section on the accounts module, it doesn't show which is the Main contact nor even their job title, is there a way to indicate which one is the main contact on this view?
Post Code does not link into contact module
When i create a contact for an account it does not pull over the post code that already exists within the account's module. Help?

Update Accounts by matching Zoho Account ID instead of Account Name.
In our industry we have a great deal of companies with the same name. This makes updating Account information very problematic! It would be very helpful and more logical to have the option to use the Zoho Account ID instead of the Account Name as the matching field for updates.

Hello Zoho forum, I am a new paid "professional" subscriber to Zoho. During my trial period, I generated an automated Zoho email that I could bcc on my emails so that these emails could be automatically linked to my leads and accounts, using content recognition. I have been using that bcc but the emails are not showing up in Zoho. Could you offer any advice on how to get this working? Is this kind of email integration included in "Professional"? Next Button Positioning Issue
Using Firefox with normal zoom settings, the next button at the bottom of the leads page is off the page and requires moving the browser to the right. Sounds like a simple issue, but it is a major pain to deal with. I have to zoom the browser out to make it viewable without moving the browser. Is there a way to fix this?

How to convert a potential into a lead
I am new to to zoho. I would normally in (my mind) convert a potential, (this could be one in the future) for instance i called XYZ Company in January 2014, they told me they may be interested in buying from us in June - I would class this as a "future 'potential'", and record it as such, then i would call again in June, and if they are in the market to buy i would convert this to a lead. Sending data from webhooks to creator.
I am unable to send the data from my module in Zoho CRM to Zoho creator form. I want to use the webhook so that every edit and create webhook will trigger and data will be sent to creator for further actions. But webhook is unable to pass the data to creator.
