Can't access campaigns table when converting lead to potential
a minor issue but it seems I cannot access or attribute a campagin to a potential created when converting a lead to account, contact and potential Any insights? Thanks, andrew
Customize Product Name Lookup Window?
I have a question about customizing the "product name lookup" field that pops up when adding a product to a sale order. I would like to be able to customize: a) What appears in this window b) How the information is displayed c) The size of the window d) Be able to filter based on product categories to limit what I see Is there a way to do this? I have searched the Help pages and did not find anything. Attached is a screen shot of what I am talking about.
Missing Imported Leads
I just mapped and imported a small .csv file of leads. 50% populated, the rest no luck. Any reason why this happens? Any ways to correct it? Thanks for your help.

Hi I have recently subscribed for the Zoho CRM. I am unable to modify any of the labels in the product fields. Also I am unable to set any workflow automation and hence not able to control the data's entered by users. Data such as list price, discount and tax are all editable and can lead to issues in pricing uniformity.
Accounts - Next Navigation Button Not Working Correctly
When we sort our accounts and then go to a particular letter, such as "C", when we click the arrow at the top to scroll to the next record, it takes us back to the A's. But, it doesn't take us back to the first record in the A's. It's random. We need an easy way to go through each account without have to search for the account name or go back to the complete list of accounts.

Report/Dashboard to Show Total Number of Each Lead Status by Week/Month
Is there anyway to produce a report or dashboard to show the changes in the total number of leads per week/month? So if there were 100 not contacted leads last week and 75 not contacted leads this week, is there anyway to produce a bar chart to show the changes each week from the previous week/month? I would like to create a report/dashboard chart for each lead status and be able to compare it to the previous week to monitor the changes in the total numbers. Thanks for the help!

How to easily set up Product List Prices?
I am struggling to believe that in Zoho there is no way to enter the List or Selling price for Products, other than to manually edit each Product as part of the Price Book process and then manually tick and add each Product to the Price Book. It seems crazy, have I got this totally wrong? If we could import all of our Products into a Price Book, WITH the List price data, that would work, is that possible? Even better would be a List Price field within the Product details screen, seems bizarre this
General confusion with products
Hi, I am trying to use Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices and Products but I am finding it very difficult and confusing to cater to our company's needs. We sell many different products, all of which are not 'set prices', and the cost varies depending on many factors. I am confused with how to bring all the modules mentioned above together. (Products are at the bottom of every one of the the modules so they are linked, but it is all a bit overwhelming and confusing) If anyone can help please leave a comment.
Flat price model on pricebooks does not appear on quotes
We are using Price books with Flat Discounts price model. When creating a quote with quantities which should apply for some discount, then the total price includes the discount, but the price per unit that is shown is still the original price, and there is no indication for any discount. So you get a line like: Product Name ---- Unit price: $100 ---- Quantity: 1000 ---- Total: $72,000 $72,000 is the price after the volume discount, but for the customer who gets this quote it will just look like wrong

Converting Lead to Potential without creating Client
I am trying to convert Leads into Potential after they have received a proposal from our company. When i click convert it automatically converts the lead into a Client with a Potential "tag" so to speak. Can't i just convert the lead into potential and then if they accept the proposal, then convert the potential into a client?
Sync Campaign in Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM
I have my CRM set up and I've synched my Leads to Zoho Campaigns. I ran a test campaign for just a few records. I then did a one-time sync to see if the campaign would show up in the Lead record in the CRM. It did not. I need the campaigns I run in Zoho Campaigns to show up as completed for the synched records in Zoho CRM. I read a post that said this process does occur. Am I missing something?
Prospects and contacts
I am very new to this so bear with me please. I want to assign a new job (prospect) to one of my contacts. When I do it asks me to enter all of their details again, such as address, phone numbers etc. which seems counter productive. I'd like to create a field (boolean) for the Potentials module based on whether or not the potential has an open activity. Is this possible? I've played with it a bit and didn't find a way. It is my belief that every open potential should have an action item associated with it. I'd like to sort my potentials listing based on whether or not they have an open activity. We need to make sure we follow up on all of them.

Dear all, If I or one of my colleagues change a closing date the page does not stop loading, means the yellow sign on top of the page never disappears. The new closing date is saved but it gives a kind of impression that something is wrong. Has anybody the same problem? THX N.
