Hi, Im having problems visualizing the crm site in spanish. All the accents display strange characters, I tried changing the encoding in Internet Explorer but could not fix it. Do you know how can I visualize the site correctly in spanish? Emilio Dabdoub
Report Filter for Events by Start DateTime
I am trying to create a report that I can filter events by a "Start DateTime" date range. The only options I have are "Activity Due Date", "Activity Created Time", and "Activity Modified time". How do I add the "Start DateTime" column to the filter? Thanks. Tim

Blank home page
The home page of 1 (only one) user has a empty content area. The page header shows "<title>Zoho CRM - Error : Home Page</title>. I can't add components or change to normal view. All tabs and others shortcuts works fine. The user has a administrator role. How can I reset/change the home page view I can't just delete the user, becurse I want to reuse the user login and user e-mail address. I have 2 other users with no problems.
Problems to import contact from Excel
I'm a new user of Zoho CRM and I need some help to import contacts from excel. I've tried to import contacts from an excel file, either csv or xls, but i have an error page at the third step. An error page appears with "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found." Thanks for your help.

Is there a way I can add a module to activities that would be log a call so when a client calls I can click on log a call and show they called or is my only option to create a note? Thanks! ppotratz
Problem to import contact, error 404
I tried to import some contacts in zoho crm and when I arrived to step 3, I always get an error page : "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found." I tried with different type of files (csv and xls) but I always have this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

Email errors
I'm seeing a strange error when I receive any notification from Zoho CRM. It appears as though zoho is trying to relay through my exchange server. Below is the error message that I get back: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: A New Task (Subject: New Lead Entered - Follow Up Call Needed) is assigned to you Sent: 10/17/2007 9:13 PM The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: Ira Rozen on 10/17/2007 9:14 PM You do not have permission to send to this recipient.

outlook synching: errors on synch are not verbose enough
We need to see more verbose error messages while synching. We, as users, have no idea what to look for to verify if the error is serious i.e. data corruption... Garbage in, garbage out. To err is human, to really mess things up it takes a computer... :) Dennis Daniels

Zoho is hanging when creating new accounts/names etc etc
I am using an apple computer. I have tried Safari and Mozilla and when i create a new user/name etc, the Zoho CRM is hanging. Any idea as to what is going on?

It would be very useful if you had some kind of simple project management solution built in to CRM. We have tried to customize certain sections to become a project center, but it's a very inelegant solution.
Zoho slow with Apple Computers
Not sure if its me or zoho, but it seems very slow when creating a new user/account/ whatever...is there something wrong? i use apple with safari and mozzilla and it still doesn't seem to work properly. It just keeps hangin when creating new stuff.
adding contact name to Potentials By Type and Stage report

Mistakes in the program
Hi. After the stop for maintennance you had last saturday I have noticed two thigs: 1) Send notification mail is not working 2) The little screens you could read over the events you had in 1 day is not appearing anymore. I will apreciate a lot you take note about that because your program is realy wonderful and I have been happy using it. How do I get inventory into the system? I created a PO and marked it delivered. I thought that would drop inventory into the system. But it's not there. On the other side, I would think that once I create an invoice, that the inventory will deplete.
Error when searching cases by Comments
When I add "Comments" as a field to search for Cases when customizing the Search box, any search after that results in the error "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found. " If I uncheck the Comments, it works fine again. tg

Mass Update Leads
once you decide to mass update leads the system can only seem to update 100 leads at a go then resets to the first page and not the next in line. time wasting when u have 10's of thousands of leads. scrolling through 15 to 20 pages to get to required leads please assist regards, kanz soar Kanz Soar
