custom filed mapping

Inviting Co-workers
I like the latest update but noticed that when I schedule an appointment and invite a co-worker to the appt it does not show up on their calendar. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Thank you ppotratz

Appointment setting
Am I missing something but is there a way for an email to automatically go out to my lead/contact when I schedule an appointment with them. I like being able to use this feature in Outlook as a way to confirm the lead/appointment has scheduled my meeting. It would also be great if that email that went out the lead/contact could click to accept and it would automatically load into their outlook calendar and then possibly have an ad on the bottom inviting them to sign up for zoho. ppotratz

Adding Notes functionality to the Vendor module
I want the same Notes capability in the Vendor module as is in the Contacts module, i.e., the ability to add a note and the topic/details/date automatically form an ongoing list. Is that possible? I couldn't find anything in the manuals or knowledge base. Thanks! Dennis

I was wondering if there's any way to combine invoices to make one single invoice so I can bill my clients Monthly? OR... Is there a way to add a little note section within the invoice next to the Product Name? Poor interface when creating events
Dear Sir or Madam: When creating an event, I'm forced to enter the start date AND the end date. Have you ever heard of an event going on for days or months? Sure, there are some conferences that stretch for days. But most meetings last just an hour. So why do I need to enter the end date (MM/DD/YY) for every event that I create? Hi, There seems to be a bug with the Find Contacts and Find Lead search boxes (on ther ight hand side of the screen. When I enter search criteria, it returns me to the tasks menu and does not return any results. however, when I use the general search, it does find the correct lead/contact. Thanks so much for the CRM. But I do have a problem when importing or adding products and when entering invoices. The unit price and the stock quantity and not reflecting on the invoice. May I know where I would have gone wrong. I followed all procedures and tried for hours and it did not seem to work while two days ago everything was working fine. Please help. Backup Zoho CRM DB?
Is there a way to backup all of the data that is now in Zoho CRM? We are consolidating all of our info into Zoho and just would like to have a backup just in case. Hi, I'm so impressed with CRM and so disapointed that quotes print out so poorly. A signature line (underscores) print as quotes, rules don't line up. You can't use paragraphs in the terms and conditions. The quote is a critical document. When I last contacted you, you said this would be addressed in the September update. I don't see it. Surely, others are concerned with this. mtinney

Each way we try to customize our invoice template we run into some kind of issue. For instance: we made one template that looked decent , but the PDF came up with too much space at the top. Do you have any invoice templates that look professional we could use? We prefer to use Zoho for everything and stay away from QuickBooks. Sean Wade

I have entered all my products in Zoho CRM and got everything working great. I have been entering some quote info in tonight and when I did a lookup for a product to enter into a quote, the Qty available and the Unit Price did not pre-populate in the quote page. How can I use a mass e-mail template (newsletter) created with Microsoft Publisher as the main template for new Zoho Newsletter mass e-mailing? Is there any chance to use such a template and not to create a new one with Template set-up in Zoho? Just to import it in main e-mail body.

Howdy- I have two users linked to the @metacomm.com.au ID. When I go to Subscriptions to activate the Outlook Add- in it tells me I am trying to activate the add-in "for more users which exceeds my license limit." Error in "icons" (images)
Hi, in several views my Zoho Crm has an error with icons: some of them aren't displayed. It seems like the system search for them in my company web site (www.mycompanywebsite.it) and not in the correct URL (crm.zoho.com/crm/images/...).
