Creating Open Potentials view
How to create my Open Potentials View: Default list view (All Potentials) displays all the potentials under various stages. You can also create Open Potentials view and make it as your default view from the Create / Edit View. While creating Open Potentials View, select the criteria with Stage does not contain "Closed". You can set "Open Potentials" view as default view by selecting Set as Default view: checkbox. For more details, please refer to Getting Started - Working with List Views section

Issues facing in Custom View

Changing Currency Format
I could not find a way to change the Currency Format.
Slow or Not Responding
When I am uploading a document or attachment, the system fails to respond and becomes very slow. Additionally, it takes a long time for the system to post changes to the a record. I really like the system but if it takes 20 mins to enter 3 contacts its not worth it.
Custom Field - Boolean field support

Hi, During registration the chance of giving junk email id is more in Zoho CRM due to the simple signup process. This leads to the difficulty in retrieving password ,as the secret question and answer are sent to that junk email id. So ,it is advisable to give a valid email id during registration. Hi, I tried to clone a potential, whose owner is "ABC" (not logged-in user). In the cloneEntity page, it displays the record Owner value as "ABC". But on saving, a potential record is created with logged-in user's name. jack
