Zoho and Java
Hi Its just excitement, but I am wanting to evaluate Zoho CRM as quickly as possible. I am currently looking at SugarCRM, vTiger and Zoho, with a view to delivering a large CRM project with Open Source. Does the Zoho product run within a Java session? and is it the same code as vTiger or has there been a lot of porting done? The forums here seem a little *quite* and I am curious, is this just because things are new, or are most of thee developer community on their holidays, you never know Any feedback
vTiger and modules
hi I am trying find out if your campaign module, and any other commercially available modules are compatible with vTiger. It look sas though you are using the recent release of vTiger as your core application engine. I am happy to purchase and /or acknowledge any community contributions under the appropriate OS license... Can you let me know. Thanks Graham

Hi, I am evaluating your service for about a week. There are modules like cases, solutions, etc., If my clients want to post their issues directly from their mail client or through some other mean, so that will get into the system as a case, do you have anything like this in this update ? --- nanty

Easy Navigation required
Hi, There is no provision to view the details of the entities one after the other.If i want to view the next entity i have to go to the particular menu and then select the next entity,which is a complex process when the list is huge. Thanks and Regards, Billsama
Email templates & campaigns
How are the email templates used? I do not see how one can use an email template to send to leads, prospects, accounts, etc? Also, on the campaigns, is there a way to set up an external mailbox that ZOHO CRM can check for sales inquiries? (sort of the way ServiceDesk checks for requests). I'd like to use marketing sources to get leads directly into the system. Preferably, I'd like them to come via emails sent to "sales@company.com". The leads would go into an unassigned lead farm.

Hello, I was just checking your tool and I have 2 questions: *) Is the contact database synchronized between Zoho Virtual Office and Zoho CRM? I'm asking this because at our office we are using Maximizer at the moment and this feature is very useful. *) Can the interface of both tools be localized? Thanks, Franck
Print Preview of Dashboard on Firefox
I noticed that dashboard print preview works on IE, but the graphs and charts don't show up in print preview in Firefox (on XP). Any specific reason? Sridhar
