IMAP question
Hi, I have two users in Zoho CRM. One of them, has inbox IMAP account configured to view the inbox of the corporate mail account. The IMAP has been configured so that the other user can send mail from corporate account. During some days, mails have been sent from both users to contacts and potential clients, so when enter one contact or potential client register, in the section 'email', all emails sent to that contact appear and can be viewed. Spam through Webforms - Captcha is bypassed
We are getting lots of spam emails through the Zogho CRM we forms. Spamers are bypassing the Captcha and Terms some how. When we contacted Zoho they says that there is no solution as it's a known issue. Onlythign they can do is to block the senders IP and which is not a good solution as spammers sends from different IPS. I wonder how zho forms are so vulnurabile and you are selling this still. Add Button in Zoho CRM that Launches Creator App.
Is it possible to launch a Creator App from inside Zoho CRM using the Create Button? Also I would like to pass the Company name to the Creator App and have it automatically fill in the Company pulldown field in my Creator app (which is a CRM Integration field). I have code on the integration field that pulls the rest of fields to auto-fill the form. Any help would be appreciated.

Workflow for Automated Deal follow up
Hi, we want to set up a workflow for an automated deal follow up on deals that got a quote already. It should look something like this: On deal: If last activity date > 10 days and scheduled activities are past due then send quote follow up email #1. Create and close task to update last activity date. I just can't see scheduled activities to deals and check their dates to create a condition to do my automation. Is there any way to do that? "Read Only" option not available in Shared Data?
Hello, I´m trying to set some permissions for shared data, for example products, so vendors can see products but not edit them or eliminate them. The option of "Read Only" doesn´t seem to show up, I don´t want my vendors to modify products or eliminate them. The picture is in spanish but you get the idea. Any hints of why is not showing up?

Problem identified with adding contacts to an event
We set up external meetings via CRM by adding related contacts to the event. When in the event you can search for via those contacts you want to invite via related contacts and identify the correct contact by clicking on the button on the left of the contact. By clicking on that button, the contact is added (or should be) added to the event. I have reported this issue twice on the chat and it remains unresolved. How to associate more than one contact to a Potential
Hi there...we have several Potentials where the client has asked us to copy in several people on all communications. When we initiate an email from the CRM, only the "Contact" associated with the potential populates the e-mail send-to field. Is there a way to associate more than one Contact with a Potential? Is there a way to build a custom field that can store an image. What I am looking to do is display a specific image based on the results of another custom field that we are using. We have a custom field called ACCOUNT STATUS. I want to have another custom field that can display a specific image based on what's in ACCOUNT STATUS. For example if ACCOUNT STATUS = LOCKED then show a red flag icon, but if ACCOUNT STATUS = ACTIVE show a green flag icon. Is this achievable? Thanks!

Contact Page- Add a link to a specific file?
I want to add a link to a drawing file on a contacts page so it gets clicked and it opens up on the computer. Delete Sent email form CRM account module

Lookup VS related lists
I am not sure how to do this exactly so I will explain what I am trying to accomplish. My staff looking at a lead needs to pick a name of a company from a dropdown list. Once the company is selected in the dropdown, the other related information for that company needs to be filled in. The mailing address, etc. For now, I made a workflow rule that populates certain fields when certain conditions are present. The problem is that is time consuming to add in each time a new company's information.
