Add more options when creating an event
When creating an event we always have to type the office address, that is getting very annoying. Please add a way to save location addresses for future use. Also, we need to include many details when adding an appointment/event, please add an option under "Description" to insert an email template. Duplicate and splitting leads
I'm trying to diagnose an issue that is either a bug or a workflow issue on my end. On a selective basis, records are being duplicated and information is being split between the two records. I'm not sure if there is an import/export bug or something done on our end. A little simpler, some leads are being split into two leads with data being separated between them. I'm not doing this manually so I'm leaning towards a bug.

Doubts about the features I have in the free trial
Hi! right now I hace the free trial (15 days) but I am not sure if the features I have are only from the free version or if I have features from the standard, professional or enterprise version. For expample, I have available the Group feature but in the web page its says is only for the standard and above versions. I also can automatize actions based on time but the web page says is only for the enterprise version.
Import Potentials with Existing Currency but Different Exchange Rate
I'm attempting to import a file to fix some historical discrepancies regarding exchange rates in potentials. I have a list potentials that need to have their currencies and exchange rates modified, but each individual line could have a different exchange rate. Is there a way to set the exchange rate per potential? Or will I have to come up with another solution?
BCC Dropbox Only Occasionally Works
Hello, I seem to be the only person on my team having serious issues with the BCC dropbox function. The bcc address is always entered correctly and I've followed all the steps to make sure it works, yet I continue to run into issues. The emails I have sent are simply not showing up in my CRM. Maybe one out of every 20 is correctly synced. This is extremely frustrating and hindering my ability to work efficiently. Please help. Thanks, Mitch
Navigation link order?
Is it possible to modify the navigation links (add, remove, change order, etc.)? So, or example, instead of Feeds, Home, Accounts, Leads, Contacts, etc., can it be modified to remove Feeds, and put the order as Contacts, Leads, Potentials, Accounts, etc.?

Price Book Report
I know this is becoming a boring subject but PLEASE can we have a Price book report so that we can print sheets for our engineers. This is a big hole in the reporting system and i am confused why it has not been rectified considering how long the request has been going on for.
Retrieve contacts with empty tasks
Dear all, I have edited several tasks in CRM by clicking Edit. When I was done, I wanted to make a follow up task by clicking Save & New. I assumed I was still working in the specific contact, however, it is a new task not related to any contact in particular. As a result I have created several tasks that are unrelated to a contact person. I know now how to do it but is there any way I can retrieve these contacts? Thank you! Bas
Importing Leads
Every time I import an MS Excel .xlsx file and map the email the email renders a "false" value. All the emails are valid emails. Everything else imports fine. This happen to three different files (including a test import file with one single row). Any ideas how to fix? I'm tired of going into each record and updating them one by one. So slow. So painful.

CRM sheet view - currency amount exported as text
Hi In CRM I have custom fields holding currency amounts. When these are exported to sheets, they are transformed to text so I am unable to sum etc. I cannot find a way to reformat to numbers. How can I keep them as numbers? Thanks

Importing contacts leaves Email as "false"
There is a fundamental bug in importing from XLS. I import a list of contacts with several columns mapped to fields all fine, e.g. First Name, Last Name and an Email field. But once imported all the emails show as "false"!

imported Leads shows email to be false

Hi im using Zoho Premium, When importing contacts, i obviously select my file to be uploaded, what to do with any duplicate records, I then map the Zoho CRM field names with the appropriate column names of the source file that you import. all is correctly selected and still after a conformation email that the import has been successful, there is still no contacts that appears/are available in the contact field. please help? new fields (add vs. change) - under free zoho version
as i understand a free version does not allow users add fields into accounts, contacts etc. however, the standand free version contains unnecessary (for me, at least) fields which i would like to change (as I can't add new fields) . So is thre any way to change some of the fields (including the field name and its parameters)?

Buq in Quotes : change currency does not work properly
In the Quotes module, if my price book is in Euro and I want to quote a product in Japanese Yen, If I select the Yen currency before having created ALL my items in the quote with their right price book reference, the amount considered in Yen and not converted to Yen from Euro with the proper exchange rate. Sort contracts by multiple fields
Is it possible to sort my contacts using multiple fields. Here is an example of what I'm looking to do. Let's say I have a list of contacts and each contact has a last activity field with the date of the last activity. Some contacts will have a task and some won't. Is it possible to create a custom filter that removes all contacts that have an assigned task and then sort the remaining contacts by last activity date? Thanks
Text area not showing carriage returns once saved
I use a text area field for entering general information. If I use carriage return to separate lines/paragraphs, these don't show when the field is saved. Instead all text is just concatenated into one long line. This used to work fine. Please could you advise if this is a bug or if there is some setting somewhere I can use to fix this? Many thanks.
Quotes wont save
Hi. When trying to save a quote and having everything that is necessary and required inputted, I hit the save button and it doesn't do anything. The yellow loading icon pops up and then disappears quickly. This has happened several times and I am having to go in and rewrite quotes over and over again until I can get them to save. How can i filter out things that i want to see
Hi, I have imported leads with many fields. for example the "type" field is under a picklist for 3 item a, b, c etc . How can i select the view to only show the specific item like only want to see the entire list with the value of b.
