API integration to/with the CRM
Hello, i want to integrate an API of an email marketing programe that i use, to the CRM and i don't know how. Here is the API of the other software and the instructions. http://envialosimple.com/es/api-http-email-marketing ...but i don't get how i can integrate one in an other. I want to have a video board in my office that shows Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects statistics in real time. Basically I am looking for some sort of plug in or add-on that will displayimportant metrics for each use on one screen that I can show on a video board in my office, so that employees can see real time funnel numbers and real time project information. How to Delete/Update Notes from de API

Possible field properties returned from API call
Hi, I've tried looking around the API documentation pages and in here, but can't find any info on this. Also, note that I'm currently preparing our integration with the Zoho API, but I don't have access to the CRM at the moment. So what I'm trying to find is the list of the possible properties on the fields that are returned from the getFields API call. We can see a couple of them in the sample response provided on the page, but I'd like to know if that's all or if there are others that I can expect.

are webhooks supposed to work on ports other than 80?
Good day, I have a webhook which works fine. A Workflow trigger calls my web service which is on port 80. But when I put my web service on port 85 (and of course I update the Webhook to call http://myservice.com:85/myservice), it no longer works. I get "HTTP Response - 1" in the Webhooks Failures log. I am able to call up the web service on port 85 using other tools like curl , so I know it is working correctly. But Zoho CRM does not seem to call the web service on port 85. Are web services other

Hey all, I'm calling https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Events/getRecords?authtoken=[my token]&scope=crmapi to retrieve all events in my Zoho CRM account. If an event is related to a contact then I'm able to get the contact details using [CONTACTID]. What I can't seem to get access to is the list of participants for an event. Does anyone know how to get the list of participants for an event?

Appending data when entering duplicate leads via Zapier
Hi, I'm using Zapier to add leads to Zoho. I have set the duplicate behavior to be 'update' so that when existing leads (based on email address) are registered, they are merged into the existing leads and existing fields (i.e. phone number) receive their new value. Is there a way of appending, rather than replacing, data in fields of existing leads? Thanks, David
How can we use Parent Account ID in the CRM API Search Calls?
When I use the ParentAccountID in the selectColumns without the Parent Account, I do not get the value in the ParentAccountID returned. When I try to use ParentAccountID in the getSearchRecords as the searchCondition, as in searchCondition=(parentaccountid|=|73847000000442531), I get an error stating Invalid Parameter. The call works if I use another non-PDC with a proper value. Can someone please explain how to use the ParentAccountID in the API Search calls? convertLead custom field mapping
When using convertLead via API call, how do we map custom Fields ? Example: We have a 'MID' field in Leads that needs to be mapped to 'Accounts:MID' and to 'Contacts:MID'. Would they map automatically (being the same)? What about mapping different fields, like ' Leads:State' to 'Contacts:Other State' ? Can I get related Potentials from a lead?

We encountered a "Number of products for the record has exceeded the limit " error (ZohoCRM API code for the error is 4489) when attempting to insert a sales order which had 177 products. what is the actual maximum number of products that a sales order can embed? is there a way of removing this limit? Newbie needs help setting up webhooks in Zoho CRM
I am complete newbie when it comes to API's. I want to use Zoho CRM webhooks to create invoices in Zoho Books.
