PROBLEM with Zoho - Sync in MAC OS
Good Morning, I would like to confirm with you if my Zoho Sync application has any problems or if this case would be an improvement. When I try to select only the folders I want to synchronize, in the preferences / folders menu, it allows me to just mark the folders from the root of the directory, not allowing to browse the folders belonging to the root folders. Pics attached!! I use MacOS, my colleagues who use Windows do not face this problem.

prevent sheet from changing views for all users when filters active
I have 6-7 people that will be looking at shared sheet - but when one of them uses a filter, then everyone's view changes to that now filtered view. I suspect no way of avoiding this - but hope someone may have cheeky way to address this? Perhaps having a sheet per user, but then how to ensure that data is consolidated amongst all sheets? Cannot open PDF documents?

How to overwrite shared document
Hi I've been granted : 'Read,Write' on a document. I downloaded the document that was shared to me, made changes and tried to upload it back. But the only place I can upload back is under my own folders. I thought that since I am granted 'Read, Write' on that shared document, therefore I should be able to overwrite the shared document? Or am I missing something? I am trying to overwrite the document that was shared to me so others who have also been shared can see my changes to the shared document.

Sharing docs to external user
In Zoho docs there is the possibility to share documents to non-Zoho users. It is also possible to change the document access from view to edit.
