Cannot restore from Trash: "Trash is in progress. Please Wait"
When I try to restore a particular document from trash I get this error.Problem accessing on phone
Zoho docs works well on my PC, and my collegue can also use it on his laptop, but although it worked OK on both of our phones at first, just recently we have both encountere the same problem, which is that although the folders and individual files are correctly listed on our phones, when we try to open any file we just get the message "error in loading". I tried uninstalling the app from my phone and then reinstallilng it and registering, but the problem is still there. Any ideas?Zoho Docs Storage
Hey guys, I've been testing Zoho Docs for a few weeks, free version (5gb per user / 4 users), but got really surprised today when I got a message that my storage had reached its limit. After the last update of Firefox (57.0), embedded sheets do not get displayed; Firefox starts using too much CPU and fills all system memory (8GB). For test you can look at my page: http://kadifeli.com/fedon/bordro.php To replicate the problem you may have to reload the page a few times. When I login to Zoho and try to edit the same sheet in https://docs.zoho.com/ I do not have the same problem. I restarted Firefox in "safe mode" and the same problem persists. I've been using Zoho Workplace for several days now (a paid account, not a free one) and I like it for the most part, but I must say support has been non-existent so far. I had a question two days ago. I have since emailed it to support@zohoworkplace.com, support@zohodocs.com, support@zohocorp.com, support@zohoaccounts.com and even sales@zohocorp.com. This error comes in zoho docs, writer, show and sheets, and has no physical effect other than be annoying and cover up buttons at the top of the screen in zoho writer (such the three buttons in the top right). Hi, I am using zoho docs as main storage cloud solution to sync my laptop files. I found it's a good solution to prevent information lost. But i found recently, some of my files are 100BM and above, that's not a problem with docs, but when i edit those files on my laptop, a new revision is created in docs, so i have filled my quota space really fast because of this. Good Morning, I would like to confirm with you if my Zoho Sync application has any problems or if this case would be an improvement. When I try to select only the folders I want to synchronize, in the preferences / folders menu, it allows me to just mark the folders from the root of the directory, not allowing to browse the folders belonging to the root folders. I've just begun testing Zoho and I've set up a couple files for public sharing. However, I cannot find a way to turn this back off. The faq says to select the file and right click, then select 'remove share' from the menu. When I do this, the menu does not have a 'remove share' option.
