Hi, I noticed one of my accounts is not receiving some emails. I noticed email confirmation from Asana app but what else did I missed?? :-|
I can't access my account
Hello, I am the administrator of a domain linked to Zoho Mail. I can not log in to my email because I have activated the verification with the app "OneAuth" which has not been logged since I have a new phone because the previous one was stolen. I also do not have the verification codes because I deleted them by accident. At this moment I am communicating from an alternate account of my domain. I would like to know if I have any solution because this is mail that controls the other mails of my company.

Hello, my colleague has set up an organization and has invited me. However, when I attempt to follow the link sent to my email and fill me details, upon completion and clicking "join organization" I get a message saying "error occurred". What are the Implications of Transferring Domain to Zoho?
I currently have my website and domain hosted elsewhere, and am thinking of transferring the domain to Zoho, but I don't really understand what that means. I am thinking it means I would have to use web-authoring software to build a website (hopefully I won't have to) hosted by Zoho, and my existing website would disappear. Would my website name and/or email addresses have to change, (which I would not like)? I am looking for some re-assurance and guidance here.

Synch Outlook calendar with Zoho Mail Calendar

Downloading attachment issues
Just recently the mail attachment download function has broken. Clicking the download link just dumps the download somewhere (I've no idea where) on my PC and doesn't ask where I want to save the file. Downloading from the popout preview window does at least ask where to save but changes the filename to 'FileDownload' rather than preserving the original name.

Outbound Email Issue
Anyone else experiencing this over the last hour? My incoming email is working but my outbound email is not showing on the dashboard. It is not just a reporting delay issue as I emailed myself to test and I didn't receive. Outgoing is hung up or delayed.
