Mailbox Limit
I opened an account with zoho for my domain: zalt.in. I chose zoho as it said I'll get 10 mailboxes as per your policies ( Refer to this link: https://www.zoho.com/sites/help/mail-hosting.html). However, I cannot add more than 5 people as it states that as per my current plan I can only have 5 mailboxes. I signed up for the 10 mailbox plan as we are a group of 8 individuals and hence needed this. Kindly look into this and if possible, please provide the 10 mailboxes. We will definitely upgrade in

Calendar notifications
I use the calendar i Zoho Mail, but stopped using the notification function. The reason is that calendar event notifications are sent too often, and my inbox and sentbox are filled up with calendar notifications. I have tried to adjust this, but to no avail. Any suggestions? Erik
Emails sitting in queue and delay in receiving emails
All the users under my account have seen some of their emails placed in a queue and not being sent for upto 2 hours. There has also been a delay in receiving email into zoho mail or some not appearing at all in inbox or even spam folders. Is ther a technical issue with Zoho Mail or is there something that I need to address?
Email not working or very slow!

How do I get new subscribers from my inbox to contacts
I am trying to find a way to streamline the process of extracting names, email, etc that I get from new subscribers. These emails with new subscribers come to my inbox from my website. I need to move them either to contacts or some other program. This so that I can send them email messages in the future automatically. 2 issues, We are not receiving some Customers responses on their tickets and Gmail users are not receiving our emails.
This is a big problem. When replying to a Customers ticket, a vast number of Gmail and Yahoo users are not receiving our replies, they can not locate in any of their folders including Spam/Trash. They also can not locate us by using search through all of the folders. Why is this and what can be done about it? new interphase for pop accounts does not refresh
Hi, Beginning April 3rd, 2020 there is a new display for pop3 accounts. I observed two issues, count of new emails does not refresh until you actually refresh the entire page, so for example xxxxxx@google.com receives one email, the 1 will not display until the page is refreshed. If I select the account, email is visible, but the count does not update until the page is refreshed. SPF Verification
I use AWS Route 53 for managing my DNS, I was able to verify my SPF earlier on GoDaddy but I am not able to do so on Route 53. I've added a TXT entry with the SPF values: v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all. I cant really figure out what's wrong. Could someone who has experienced this before help me out? Hello, Started from yesterday suddenly on one of my email hosted on zoho mail whenever I sent to my hotmail users they got in SPAM/JUNK folder, for gmail and yahoo its ok, but for hotmail and outlook its going to spam. I tried to enter my 1.111B Class .xyz Domain to my Zoho accoutn and received the following message "This domain is not allowed to add. 554 5.1.8 Blocked email
Today I started getting messages for my outgoing emails that they were blocked. Not all of them, just some of them. I have seen that this happens if one has been sending inappropriate emails, too many emails, or has exhausted the space in their account, but I have done none to these. I also saw a suggestion that I clear this block using troubleshoot in the control panel, but what unable to find this option anywhere. Send as alias using Outlook
Hi, I have two domains on my account. I know I can create aliases from one to another and I know I can send emails using webmail client from the created aliases. I want to do the same using Outlook 2010 but just simply changing from field to alias email address doesn't work. I get error code 551. Cannot Validate SPF Email Authentication

MX Record Not working
I am trying to add my MX records to set up mail delivery. I have cleared all other mx records. I added the first one just fine and I tried to add the second one but it wouldn't let me add it and it said: "Record already in use"..

It happens for me both on the browser client and the Linux AppImage. Problem: When composing a new mail, I used to be able to type the receivers name in the address field and get hints for the correct e-mail address / contact.
