Hi, I suddenly cannot receive email on my mobile for some reason. I can send emails but not receive. This is only a problem on my mobile iPhone, mail everywhere else is functioning properly. Selecting Favorite folders to appear at top
Too often, the zoho algorithm sorts, tags, or classifies items/emails that may need to be viewed in the primary inbox. This is typically not a big problem unless hundreds of folders and subfolders have been imapped. This causes one to have to scroll way down to the bottom of all the folders to reach the "all mail", "drafts", "sent", "tagged folders", or any other folder with a primary function. Summary of emails to multiple accounts
I have 2 email addresses that both work well individually but I can't find a summary page that will show all incoming emails - or at least tell me where new emails are. I can allocate labels in Gmail and/or outlook lists different mailboxes on the left-hand column but all I can find in ZoHo is a drop-down option to change accounts - this means I need to keep changing accounts to see if I have any new emails. Any suggestions on how to see a summary of all emails coming in? If not, please consider

Can't add photos to contacts
I am using Zoho Mail with iOS devices, using imap for sync. When I try to upload a photo to a contact, it seems to stay there until the address book syncs, then the photo disappears. Why is this? Does this functionality not work?

Hello, I've been trying to verify my DKIM since yesterday and even after waiting a whole day the website is still unable to verify it. When i click on verify in the control panel I get this message : ''We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. All new incoming mail being marked with NONJUNK tag
Hi there, Recently (the last week or two), all new emails I receive are being labelled with a big yellow NONJUNK tag. I have deleted the Tag from the left hand pane a number of times, but it just keeps coming back and new mail keeps being tagged this way. I have scoured the settings for a way to stop this, but for the life of me I can't work out how to do it. Obviously I can just untag them all each time (or I can just delete the tag each time which wipes them), but I'm wondering why this is happening

Help defaulting my name email address
I am having an awful hassle with Zoho emails. I would like my email address hello@travelgurus.com.au to be my default email. I have set it to primary in my account. However, I also have travelgurus@zoho.com which I guess I set up accidentally (assuming it would be a cpanel login type address). When I go to the app on the desktop or my mobile, travelgurus@zoho.com keeps coming up and not hello@travelgurus.com.au I tried to delete the zoho email and received the error that a zoho email cannot be deleted!

Unable to download emails via imap on Android & Windows
All the apps I use they come back as incorrect password, whilst the password is correct. I am using outlook in Android and mail under Windows 10. The problem is on the server/zoho settings as I have not changed anything on my apps.
