Zoho Mail Desktop sizing issue
Hi, just installed Desktop app but it's stuck as a window size the same as the initial login panel. Resize, maximise and Windows methods won't change the size. Any ideas?

Hello i created an account here in zoho to host a domain a year or so ago and i haven't been using it for a while , i tried to log into in last night but it says my account is inactive ,when i try to create an account with that domain it says my domain is already linked with an account can you help me out ? the account is contact@benachzone.com
Implement IMAP functionality to manage external email accounts.
POP is great but has issues when trying to keep everything in sync between what you see in Zoho and what you see in the actual account like gmail. I know there are settings to delete messages from the server when deleted on Zoho, but I believe gmail has issues with that. I prefer to manage my gmail accounts from Zoho because the interface has some nice features like column sorting - which is a glaring feature lacking in gmail in my opinion. Is IMAP on the roadmap for add-on email accounts? Thanks,

Can't Access zoho mail after adding AWS DNS as CNAME
I configured zoho mail with smartlarn.com successfully. It was working well but after adding AWS DNS to my domain where I hosted my web app, Mail service is not working. So I tried to verify again for MX Records, SFP, DKIM but can't verify. Then I deleted my domain from Zoho and added again but Can't verify. Please suggest how to add my domain. Outgoing SMTP and WebMail mail limits
Hello, I have searched for outgoing mail limits in Zoho mail, but I have not succeeded to get a clear answer. After looking at different (old) posts I have read different limits, like 500 per organization or 200 x number of users. But I am not sure if they apply to WebMail, CRM, SMTP, or to all of them. So I would like to know daily limits for WebMail and SMTP for "free" and "paid" plans, and what happens when the limits are exceeded. Thanks a lot
Outgoing mail giving me 'incorrect password' error
I am able to receive email on my MacBook Pro, but cannot reply or send without receiving the password error. Is this an issue with two-factor authentication? If I create an Account Specific password for the laptop, will this affect my other devices and give me login errors for them? (iMac desktop and iPhone, both of which seem to be working)?

Hi, I started using recently Zoho Mail and It seems fantastic, I mean almost or the best out there. I don't understand why others repute is as bad. I started using Zoho Mail through IMAP and also through msync.zoho.com as Exchange account. The problem is that through Exchange all my mails are not synced on the iPhone. I have changed on the settings on the 1 week limit and selected as No limit which should then sync all the email. But most of my emails are not synced when I use as an Exchange account.

553 Relaying disallowed
I have an issue with my mails that are tied to the domain on this account. I can send mails to it from hotmail & outlook but yahoo and gmail won't work. On gmail I receive error 553. However, if I send a mail to them it works. From the tests it appears that I have correctly set up the MX records. Can you please tell me what is wrong? Thanks!
Forwarding domain I bought from Zoho to another website
I have no idea where to post this, so here goes. I bought a domain with Zoho and setup mail with it. But I want to forward that domain to another website? When I owned a domain with Google and with GoDaddy this was an easy thing to do. I can't even find anywhere to access my domains settings with Zoho. Any help appreciated. Should not have purchased a product with a company like Zoho who only has support Monday through Friday.

Hi. I'm having problem setting up my domain (from GoDaddy) to use Zoho email. It said the MX and DKIM domain is not setup. I added both already in DNS manager of GoDaddy. Would ZB code expired? I added it long time ago. Please confirm my ZB code as I can't find it anyway. Also I also added DKIM already. I can't verify it. Thanks!

Can't Receive eMail from Outlook Users
Prior to 3 months ago, we were able to receive email from @co.pg.md.us for at least the last 2 years. The users on @co.pg.md.us are Outlook users. They can receive email from HostedRecords.net but we can't receive email from them. This started 3 months ago. Can you please research this. Thanks

Email account blocked due to disk space
Guys I've been trying desperatly to get help on this. One of my main accounts have been blocked and deactivated because the account is using too much space. I have a 25GB space addon which I pay for every month and is all applied to this account. This 25GB is now no longer on my account for some reason, eventhough I paid for it already this month. Hello Could someone help me delete a super admin account? When I created the zoho account, I created an account called admin@mydomain.com. Then I raised my walter.santos@mydomain.com account to super admin, but even though it's super admin I can't delete the admin account.
