Hi, is there a proble to conect smtp.zoho.com with outlook 2002? i have tried to connect using 465 with SLL but it allways fale to send email.

Not recieving emails
Hi I never had a problem receiving emails until I moved my website to a different host however my domaiin has always been with 123 reg. I've checked my mx records as described in the help guide and I still don't seem to be recieving emails, can anyone help me?
New emails not showing up in inbox
Hi, New emails are no longer showing up in the inbox in either email for zohocrm or the email programme directly. When I log directly into my hosted email easyspace.co.uk the emails show up. I have not changed anything recently but it's been like this for 2 days now. Any ideas? thanks
Where did my folders go??
After reading and sending many emails all evening, opening and closing the website many times, when I tried to open my mail again shortly after midnight last night (6/23), or maybe 1 am, the formatting of my mail changed. Zoho Mail Disappointment
I thought Zoho mail is the best alternative for Gmail. Everyone, please hold on to the thought, it is not. I HAVE NO IDEA, HOW MANY OF MY EMAIL RECIPIENT NOT RECEIVED my emails. Recently found out that, any of the mails which I have sent, show it is sent. But it is not actually sending to the recipient. Please do not use zoho mail for paramount works. I am moving to Gmail.

Contacts syncing partialy
I have a strange problem with contacts active sync on MUIU 10 /Redmi 7A. I've configured Exchange account and calendars sync as they should, but out of my 600+ contacts only about 150 are actually shown in mobile's conracst. I've tryed to monitor the app via logcat, but no error is thrown, so i'm baffled?

zoho blocks a few of my emails if sent using pop but same work if I use zoho's web based email interface. What gives? These are personal emails to real world business, no spam or mass mailings. More specifically, I am able to use thunderbird client / POP for almost all email sends but I get the following rejection on some. If I send the very send email via web, it works. Cannot receive GMail
Hi, I have set up a Free account. I have 2 questions: 1) I have configured MX records as per the instructions. I am able to send but not receive email from GMail. It is working fine with Yahoo and other providers. 2) I have configured the DKIM keys correctly. It is still not verified under Zoho Control Panel. What am I doing wrong ? Please let me know.
Some emails wont send to zoho servers(and are instantly non-deliverable) but some have no problem.
I am using some services online, where i didnt get email confirmation mails from. they simply would never arrive at zoho. I then used my gmail email address instead. I always accepted this weird issue with zoho mail. Now, i made a new domain, and im also trying to send emails towards my zoho domains as a test, and i notice that i get instant mail delivery failures back, that the email cannot be send. Problem setting SPF record in WHM Edit DNS Zone
WHM won't let me use @ when trying to specify my SPF record. It was mysite.com., where there is a period at the end. I tried @, but then get this error message: "Unable to parse zone: Contains a malformed DNS label: @" I tried blank, but that just copied the text from the previous line, which was ftp. So, currently I cannot set up my SPF record. Anyone else with this issue or a solution?
Certificate not secure
Hi, We're using the Samsung email app on Android, using the Exchange support. Today we're getting a popup 'Certificate not secure for 'email address''. When we view the certificate the common name is for ubnt and Ubiquiti Networks inc. The certificate expired 29/04/2018. We're not using Ubiquiti network gear here. We get the same error if we use WiFi or 4G. Any ideas? Cheers

CNAME
Hi, I recently changes my DNS. This has disconnected my emails. When I log into my cPanel to change the CNAME the pop up box asks for 2 things 'nam' and 'CNAME'. I cannot just add the CNAME 'zmverify.zoho.com' without adding the 'name'. From my research it looks as though I need my zb***** code. Can you provide this or let me how I can fix this problem. It is vital I get this sorted as all emails are down.
Signature logo appearing bigger than it is
The logo in my signature is being resized automatically. It appears bigger than it is in the sent emails and clients have been flagging it up to. This needs to be sorted asap. Please give a solution ASAP

Fail to Receive Emails for Over 1 Week
Have done enough test and 4, out of 6 my zoho email accounts, are unable to receive new emails since about Aug. 27th. Have left tons of messages to zoho, yet there isn't any reply. I didn't do anything unusual and this never happened before. What should I do to fix this? And can I find those lost emails back. Please respond, zoho.
