Migrating from Zimbra
I'm trying to migrate from my self hosted zimbra to Zoho, but facing some issues. After I've configured everything on Zoho, the process of migration is getting me mad. I've set up a POP config and while adding accounts to import, I get this error : "Les détails d’authentification fournis ont été rejetés par le serveur Source. Veuillez fournir un nom d’utilisateur ou un mot de passe valid" Although I provided the right username and password, I'm still getting authentication error. Thank you for helping.

Iphone Contacts Sync msync / Activesync
Hi, I have had my zoho mail, contact and calendar sync'ed with my iphone using activesync for years. Then the other day I noticed all my iphone contacts were doubled up. i.e. each contact was listed twice. I removed the zoho account from my iphone (deleting the contacts from my iphone in the process) and then added it back again But now only 132 of my 626 contacts will sync back on to my iphone. I've logged into zoho and all 626 are still there, they just won't all download again. Please help, Thanks,
DKIM vallidation fails in Zoho control panel - 3rd party checker says its valid
Hi, as per the title i have set up my DKIM in my WHM (cpanel) DNS manager. I can not get it to validate from the zoho control panel yet third party checkers all say its valid. I get this error message in Zoho : We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again. Any ideas? thanks in advance, anthony

Hi, I've tried to add my ZOHO mail account to MS Outlook and the setup fails every time due to no response from incoming mail server. I've got IMAP, POP and sync access activated, used the correct server address and configurations and even tried to setup individual password for my e-mail client yet all my efforts ended up in vain. Please help me on how to correctly configure my mail to MS Outlook 365.

LS, I am getting the error ResponseCode 421, Host not reachable. That is odd, since on other domains, I can mail these people without a problem. I have MX records set correctly, and only zoho MX records, I see not issue with the set-up. can you help? regards Edwin

Hi! I would like to know if it is possible to do the following. There is a common company email address, which is only used to cc or bcc personally sent emails there. It happens that this is the same email address the current zoho account is created with. As the title states, we're Zoho One customers and there is no literature that explains the following inquiries; How email accounts are allowed to be created. Is it only 1 per user? How many aliases can be made from each email account? Are there costs for value-added features and what are they?
Is there any downtime or delay when switching from another mail host to Zoho Mail?
From my understanding, there is usually a delay period when switching DNS. If so, what is your typical delay times before we're able to start sending and receiving emails through Zoho Mail once we switch our domains over?
Meeting Invite Improvements
This is a two-part enhancement request. Part A: When a meeting invite arrives in Mail, switching to Calendar view should show the meeting on the calendar for the full time of the appointment.
