Apple Mail inbox not updating Zoho server
Everything was working fine until yesterday. Now when I archive or read emails in Apple Mail on a Macbook they are not showing as read on the server or my other devices (all software up to date, no system changes made). Email set up via IMAP for incoming and SMTP for outgoing. I tried restarting, and rebuilding mailbox. Other accounts eg gmail work fine, so seems to be a Zoho / Apple Mail problem. Any suggestions? Hi, Trying to use the new interface as it appears the old one is being phased out. Not thrilled about it but I'm taking the open-minded approach and will give it some time to get used to it. My question is - is there a way to streamline the process of attaching files to an email? I always want to upload from my computer. I never want to drag and drop or paste from the web. Can I somehow set that so I can skip the step of it making me select "Upload from my computer" every single time? Thanks for
Cannot receive emails on Zoho Account
Hi, just realised that I ( or anyone else in the organisation) cannot receive any new mails. When someone is sending me an email, he /she is getting the following error. My domain is gifkaro.com. Cannot access my email through IMAP even though its enabled
I have tried EVERYTHING your help area suggests and still cannot access my email through my phone, tablet or laptop. I have IMAP enabled and I have checked and quadruple checked my password, incoming and outgoing server addresses, etc. I have done several other things your help area suggests but I keep getting a message saying my account is blocked (even though your email app says it isn't) . I need help here...!!!
Zoho Mail - Delay in receiving emails
Hello, I am setting up our inbox to start using Zoho Mail as the main email tool and it has a delay in receiving emails (and some are not enough). Exporting emails from Zoho mail to Local storage
Hello, My question is two (1) Because of capacity issues, how do we take an back up of old emails onto the local folder, Can that be accessed later on from CRM or Zoho mail, as we do require to keep clients data for a while (2) I have got my Zoho email linked to CRM so that the emails which are sent to them or from them are visible in CRM. So if we copy it to an local folder, will they be visible in CRM or not? If not what are remedies other than paying and increasing capacity. Thanks Pradeep

No display name in reply as delegate in a shared folder
When replying to an email located in a shared folder with write and delegate access, no display name is shown for the recipient, only the email address. The display names have been changed in both accounts by going in Settings > Access old version for > Send Mail As > Edit. The pages have been refreshed, logged out and logged back in. If replying from the account who owns the folder and from that folder, the display name shows correctly. If replying from a delegate account, only the email address

Setting up Zoho Mail access and CRM integration
Hi, I'm having problems setting up the CRM integration with zoho mail. I have setup the crm using my email address "andres(dot)carrillo@aura(dot)gt", and I understood I could set up Zoho mail to receive the emails from my existing account (provided by rackspace) and integrate with the CRM function. I'm unsure where I messed up, but when I go to the mail settings and attempt to add a pop3 account, there's already an "andres(dot)carrillo@aura(dot)gt" account there, but as if it were a zoho mail account.

Attachment limit for incoming Emails ?
Being in construction industry sometimes my clients have to send me documents in larger file sizes so the question is, is there any limit on attachments for incoming messages because one on my client recently told me that he is unable to send me attachment.
DKIM Verification problem
Having trouble only on the Zoho end. Host is GoDaddy so I didn’t add the domain to the domain key per instructions... url is bobmerkle.com... third-party verification works (used the one you point to in directions). When I’m in the zoho control panel and try to verify it does not validate ... message zoho gives is that it cannot get the TXT record but again third-party verification works ... Any assistance would be great... I’m a new user test zoho before moving my clients over to this email service.

Super Administrator Email Address can't be changed for free accounts?
The default email is the email created in zoho, but I need to change to a different email in case zoho has issues and won't deliver emails to the zoho account. It doesn't let me change it or add another email. It says email already exists when I try. Any word on this? thanks
Potential Usability Bug in Spam Folder User Interface
The 'Empty Spam' link appears only when selecting the 'Check All' checkbox when there is no effective dependency between these two. Perhaps if one really wants an intelligence you can hide this link if there are no contents in the spam folder. But making it dependent on the check box does not appear to be a valid usecase.

MX records are not pointed to Zoho Mail issues
Hello, I have a free zoho email account and it was working fine with my registrar until recently that I stopped getting emails. My registrar is not very sophisticated and provides no support. I was able to log into their panel and you can only add DNS addresses, so I added the 3 mx records zoho suggests, but that is it. I then refreshed MX records in zoho panel and still not working. What am I doing wrong or do I now need a hosting service? Thanks
TLS Error message when sending via PHPMailer
Hi Any one able to help me out here, I have a simple form on a web site which I need the contents sent via email when a visitor fills in the details. I use PHPMailer usually to do this and have no issues with other sites or accounts, I recently came across ZOHO so decided to give it a try. Problem is that I get an error with the AUTH part of the SMTP as it requires the TLS communication before it will send. I have set SMTP port to 465. Has anyone had a similar problem, or know of an alternative

Suddenly I found my old spam emails have not been found. Is the old spam mails are auto deleted? Can I get back old spam emails like last two months emails?
About limits of Zoho Mail API
I ask this question 2 days ago by email to <support@zohomail.com>, but no reply at all. I order the MAIL LITE plan. Is there a frequency or quantity limit when using the mail API to send emails to my customers? My main purpose is to send licenses to cusomters when they purchase my software products.
"Incoming disabled" Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.

Hi. In the browser version when drafting an email, I can select my alias addresses to send from various different emails on different domains (the emails are all hosted in zoho). But in the phone app (android) I only see the default email. How can I see the aliases please. Cheers for any advice.

Cambio de Hosting - para Correo
Necesito solucionar un problema que tengo con mis correos: Tengo alojado mis correos en Zoho con la configuracion de DNS y MX en Godaddy, hemos cambiado el hosting de la compañia y no quiero perder la informacion y organizacion de mi correo en Zoho, tengo la idea de que lo unico que debo hacer es cambiar la configuracion de los DNS y MX al nuevo Hosting pero no estoy seguro, podrian ayudarme con esta consulta. Beware Change to Free User Acc
It would have been nice if Zoho had told us that they changed their policy on Free accounts. I went in to delete and rename accounts and after each one I could not add it back. Now I am stuck with 5 out of 15 emails. If I upgrade it will charge me for ancillary emails like press@ and marketing@ that are all forwarded to me. I would be charged for 11 accounts. Now I am stuck, cant access the CRM for those accounts. This is a huge issue. Beware everyone to rename email accounts and not delete
