Hello Sir,Ma'am, 2 days ago i have changed the hosting service from godaddy to another hosting site(cpanel) so the issue is that i am not receiving any mails from others. when i login to zoho mail its showing error that MX records are not added and SPF records not verified as i have already added MX and SPF records in new hosting cpanel and it has completed 48 hours but still its not updated yet. Stuck in mail contacts tab
As of today I am stuck in the contact tabs when opening Zoho Mail in my Web Browsers (Firefox, Edge). When opening it I am immediately redirected to the contacts list. I can order it and delete items, but I cannot view/open any files and mails which are all on the leftern side bar. I canopen menu settings & options to the right.

Issue setting up email, and mobile number
Hello. I'm attempting to create a free lite account and connect a zoho email to my existing domain name. I seem to have been able to set up the account partially, I even received a verification code to my mobile number. But whenever I try to log in to access my account it keeps asking me to link my mobile number. Whenever I enter my number it says the phone number is already registered. It seems like I'm stuck in a loop? Yes the mobile number is registered because I registered it for my account.
Switching to payed plan with custom domain name
I would like to use zoho as a service to receive emails for my owned domain (user@mydomain.com). However I am not sure how to activate that feature as an old user with existing free @zoho.com email account (I always get redirected to my free account inbox). In other words I am looking to switch to payed plan. Is there an option to add custom domain and a new user that I am missing, or do I have to make a completely new account on Zoho to activate custom domain feature? Thanks.
