Option to Invite Users is Missing
Hi, I went to invite a user this evening, something I've done for a couple years now, and the option is missing under Add Users as indicated in this KB: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/adding-users.html#invite I don't see that option any longer. Has something changed?

Hi, I have a Mail Free Plan since many years ago. On top is an organisation and then we have two accounts in the organisation. It was said that we could have 5 accounts for free. So my question now is how do we add another user? I tried the Control Panel but I can't see where to add a user. Hope you can help me. Regards Georg

Hi. I have this problem since two days ago. I just realised that I was unable to received any emails but can send out emails. It is quite troublesome for me as I have missed out few urgent emails. Please advice on this matters.

I have MAIL LITE PLAN. 1 Domain correctly configured. ACTIVE SYNC does not work. I followed the official guide and nothing. CARDDAV does not work and CALDAV does not work according to official guides. Only IMAP mail works to me. My device is Blackberry Q20 OS 10.3.3. Any advice?
Problem with SMTP and Thunderbird
Hello, I have problem with configuring SMTP for magento site. I am keep getting error like this in my inbox. INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table. I was thinking that is problem due to SMTP configuration. But when I try to logging in with Mozilla Thunderdbird I constantly getting that my Username or password is wrong. I triple checked all config. My MX record is verifed also. Greetings
User access problems
I hired a VA to help respond to emails I am receiving but she can't seem to access any of the emails in my inbox, and can't reply to emails I have forwarded to her. I am not sure what's going on. I have already given her access as an admin, and enabled all the available email applications (actie sync, IMAP access, etc). How can I fix this problem?

Zoho Mail / Zoho Writer Email merge
I notice that in my email merge, email aliases (I have one) appear together with my main email account for me to choose which account to be used to send mails. Group email account alias me (and a few others) appears in my Zoho Mail for me to choose, however, these group email account alias y do not appear in Zoho writer. Hi, I had to reset dns settings for domain with 123 reg. But I need to re add domain verification again. My email is not currently being delivered.

Why can't I have the same email address in two different contacts? For example the name and email for my son as one contact and then also have him on ICE? Zoho should maybe warn me about tha fact that the email address already exist but after that let me continue. Best regards Georg

Spam Control page not loading
I am unable to go into the Spam control option in my administration page. All other options load. When will this be available again?
Mail Admin "Spam Control" section is completely blank
On logging in to super-admin today to check my quarantined spam, the Spam Control section is completely blank, without even the top tab line for blacklist, whitelist, quarantine etc. (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my browser cache, and trying different browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE11, all on Windows 10) but the problem is still there. I'm not aware of any recent changes or updates to my PC (other than a Visual Studio 2017 update), and it was working fine a day or two

Can I use Zoho mail along with GSuite on Free Plan?
Hello there, Can I use Zoho mail along with GSuite on Free Plan? I already add MX records for GSuite and Zoho as well but Zoho said that the MX records are not pointed to Zoho. is that mean that I can't use GSuite with Zoho at the same time? Thank you.

Hello. A few moments ago I tried to send an email from my personal Zoho account, but it was rejected with the error "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked". This is an email account protected by two factor authentication, used and managed by myself only, and I seldom use it to send emails. However, I am concerned about this particular issue. Why it show som many issues when I try to share the folder with my office mates ?
I always give permission of edit to my office mates I always give permission to folder so that each file that is inside the folder got automatically permission but when they try to edit the file which is present in that folder it does not allow them to edit .

Shared folders disappear when I exit and then enter my email account
Hi I've been trying to share my email folders between accounts, but have not been able to do so successfully. For instance, I can share an email folder from example1@fastgardener.com to example2@fastgardener.com and example2 can click accept and join the folder. However when example2 logs out of his email account or refreshes the page, he loses access to the shared folder. Can you explain why this is happening? And if there is any way to resolve this? Alert if undelievered message comes for a sent mail
Hi, We have an office email id. This email id is used for sending emails for notification to clients. Sometimes, the email id mentioned in the sending mail is not correct and we get mail undelivered notification to the email id. But is it possible to send an alert to another email id saying "An email is undelivered to 'test @ test.com'. Please check."
