'In-Queue' status in my sent folder
Hello Zoho Mail, I have this issue for almost a week now. I notice that the emails I send, about 90% stays in 'In-Queue' status and I tried logging out and logging in and refreshing and clear cache but nothing happens. It's still the same. Receiving 550 5.1.1 error when receiving emails.
Dear Zoho Support Team, How is work going? I am receiving an "550 5.1.1 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable" error every time I receive an e-mail in my Zoho Mail adress. I have created 3 users for my e-mails service and the three of them get this same error. Could you please help me? (Print screen attached).

Pop3 authentication error
Hi Ever since march 3rd I receive an authentication error for my pop3 mail which is hosted by zoho. I have not changed anything but I receive the error. I tried the solutions in the forum, but no success! Any comments?
Second Android Device
I successfully log out and in out and in to Android zoho mail with the adminidadmini email address and password successfully no trouble (and to web), but when I try to log into Android Zoho mail on a second device with the same credentials, it says wrong password. Is there a common reason this may happen it is it most likely I am doing something wrong. Are there any common things that can be done wrong that would result in this but are easily missed? Thanks.
Mobile number already exists
So I am completely lost at what is happening. I am locked out of my zoho mail account because my mobile number already exists. I am not making a second account. I am merely trying to sign in to my main account. So then I can verify my domain name. This is the most complicated paid service I have seen. Can anyone tell me what is happening here. What has happened is that my DNS verification is pending. Now I am trying to login to my zoho main control panel to verify my domain name but I can not login.

Double emails in Sent folder
Hello! Please help me with a problem. I just signed up to Zoho and now I got some strange situation witn Sent emails - they are double. I reply to any email and in Sent folder I see two replies. Before moving to Zoho I didn't have that situation. How can I resolve it? Thank you.
Spf records can't be verified
I host with namecheap. I have been able to verify all records but spf records continue to have error even after entering the text records properly.
Zoho mail can't connect to any CRM
I've been struggling to connect Agile CRM and Hubspot. It's been 2 whole months and is frustrating! Hubspot says it could be a firewall from zoho preventing me from connecting. Is asking me to go into zoho mail settings to whitelist the IP addresses that Hubspot provide. How do I navigate to the whitelist option for that? Hi, I upgraded to the paid plan because having bought a new domain, I wanted to set up a new email address to be linked to it. But having paid, I now find that all but one of my existing email addresses has been cancelled (what happens when people email those addresses now?) and I have to additionally buy a new user account to be able to set up the email address I wanted in the first place. This was not made clear at all when I upgraded. If this is your policy, I'll ask for a refund of my paid account

Endless Loop
I am on an endless loop trying to log in. Zoho wants me to input my phone number so it can be verified. Eventually, I get the text with the verification number, but there's no place to verify! What am I supposed to do? This is absolutely the worst, most obnoxiously user UNfriendly email situation I've ever encountered. HELP.

my team will have individual email addresses, but there will be one generic for the company (info@, sales@...something like that. I'd like my whole team to have access to that email address without having to log out and log in with a shared password - is that possible?
SMTP 535: Authentication Failed

I can't send out emails to certain addresses without getting them bounced back, with the above error code. Very frustrating. This issue has persisted for awhile and along with the database app I tried to use, all of the buggy things have kept me from doing any paid business with Zoho. Thanks for your help.

All worked fine for few years but now when send email using Zoho account gmail error: You're sending this from a different address or alias using the 'Send mail as' feature. Domain Verification
Is it possible to verify my domain name without a web hosting? I wanted to have an email ID setup with a customized domain name. I have no need of setting up a website. So I bought the domain name from "I want my name" and then I bought the Mail Lite Plan from Zoho mail for having my own email. Now I am told to verify my domain name using a DNS Manager for which I need to pay for web hosting. Is there another way around it?

Recovering accidently deleted mail.
Hello, I about 40 mins ago I was reviewing emails in my spam folder and I accidently deleted the entire contents of the folder before I was done reviewing. I believe included in those unwanted spam messages was an important and very time sensitive email to one of our clients.
