Custom Login Branding
I tried login into my mail thru the custom login url but it seems Zoho removed branding from the login and redirects to a generic login, that sucks! is this temporary thing or is it the new login because i hate it already.

Can't unblock my email - tried everything
My email was blocked almost a week ago. Despite all the advice on this site nothing works. Says my account cannot be unblocked. Also went looking for 'troubleshoot in the mail control panel - it isn't there!? Have written to support and lodged requests and had no replies. User marked as SPAMMER. Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts.

Email account being hacked
Hi, I received an email said that my zoho email account and personal OS device has been hacked. The strangest thing is this email that I received was from my zoho email account. This is odd! They are asking for money to fix this otherwise they will share my personal contents to all contacts in my phone book. Does anyone get this email? I hope this is a scam! I've been missing e-mails for some time only to realise that they are all going straight to the Trash Folder. And just to clarify I also have zero filters in my account. Does anybody knows how to fix this?

I've made a mistake and I set the administrator email to administrator@mydomain.co.il and i want it to be office@mydomain.co.il how may i change it? I have 5 users limit, I can't use that email unless I'll change it to office. should I delete all mydomain account or there is a way to just change the super administrator email? Takes a long time to receive emails
Hi, It is taking a long time to receive emails. I have tried sending emails from gmail to my zoho account(s) and it took 30 min to an hour before the email will appear in the inbox. Can someone take a look and see what's going on? Regards, Allen

Hi, When someone is trying to send emails to empower{at}alpashah.in it gives the error as DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED Few of the emails get through, also I keep getting the prompt that my mx is not configured correctly, it is created and visible when checked through a third party website. Assigning Tasks to external user
Hello, I want to assign task to one of my user and send a notification to the personnel on zoho as well as their personal email. How can I achieve the same? I am on the free mail plan. i have created an id for the user within the free plan and assigning the the task to them. But since I am on a free plan mail forwarding is not possible and aliases of external domains are not allowed as well. Any suggestions for a workaround? Thanks, Anand

Why my account is completely blocked and I cannot unblock? I have sent 2 mails to support@zohomail.com already, but no response either my account became released. For my understanding it's absolutely not acceptable that mail which have sent to my email address seems are deleted by Zoho due to I cannot see them in my mailbox. Hi Support, We have recently configured one new mail server in-house under domain ekbana.info (mail.ekbana.com) its a Zimbra mail server, surprisingly all email send from ekbana.info lands on spam on zoho. Mails sent from php mail() not being recieved
Hi There My email liam@splatwebsolutions.co.uk will not receive any emails that are sent by the php mail() function. This is not specific to a server so please don't ask me for logs. Whenever I do a password reset on any site that uses the php mail() function even a class such as PHPMailer, the email is not received in either my main inbox or my spam mailbox. Do Zoho actively block these emails. I have only realised today after about 1 month, and this could be a major problem for me. Thanks
