Hello, I run 2 online businesses. Both use many Zoho products for operation using separate accounts. I would love to have the ability to switch accounts with one button instead of signing completely out my account each time and login into the next account.What Is ZOHO-Workplace? Why was I charged?

Hello, After I setup a Zoho email account, I am now setting up email client in my Windows 10 64Bit OS. I noticed that, in Outlook 2016 client, Zoho mail can be configured via IMAP, as suggested in the FAQ section. Having said that, why NOT set the account via Exchange Active Sync? This would also sync calendar, contacts and provide a more robust sync experience. Any reason why I should not setup my Zoho emaila ccount in Outlook 2016 via Exchange ActiveSync (and use IMAP instead)? Thanks! PabloProblema no envio de e-mail

Hello Zoho Mail, I was wondering if you guys have thought of putting up an option to lock with password a certain folder in Zoho Mail? For example, I created a folder for all emails that are very sensitive, like very very sensitive for others to see in our organization. This started a few days ago. See attached. The name part of the From header is not displaying properly any more. It's affecting 90% of the incoming mail but for some reason some of it is displaying fine. Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). Ive been trying to fix a fetching problem with my IMAP on Zoho Mail in a month now. I cannot manage it to sync eventhough everything says succesful, Then i deleted IMAP and added again. But now my Folders does not even show up. I have no idea. ThanksIMAP not syncing
Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. It just seemsWhy is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
