Mark mails as read when messages are accessed with POP
Is there an option where Zoho Mail would mark mail as read after they were downloaded with POP? Gmail has this settingwhich is very useful if you use a "primary" POP client to fetch mails, and you want downloaded mails to be marked as read.Password required before opening a folder
Hello Zoho Mail, I was wondering if you guys have thought of putting up an option to lock with password a certain folder in Zoho Mail? For example, I created a folder for all emails that are very sensitive, like very very sensitive for others to see in our organization. I know that this may be very redundant since we already have a password required when logging in and even have authentication or 2nd factor login option. I hope I am making sense. This started a few days ago. See attached. The name part of the From header is not displaying properly any more. It's affecting 90% of the incoming mail but for some reason some of it is displaying fine. Hi, I can receive emails fine except those sent from my website. To troubleshoot, I changed my website send to email to a Google Apps one and it works fine, so it is not my website programming. I would find it very useful to be able to schedule the deletion of emails. Either by a quick button, much like setting reminders, except the drop-down would have much bigger time increments: 1 week 30 days 60 days 90 days1 180 days 1 year It would also be great to have access to these from filters. Receipts, POs, Invoices... often all need to be retained for a certain period of time but then become irrelevant (at least the email version does). We use zoho for all business-related emails. 5 days ago our inbox was suddenly 100% wiped clean -- all emails sitting in the inbox disappeared without a trace. Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
