I would prefer to see each email sepaately rather than have linked emails grouped and then having to click on the number to see them all, but cannot figure out how to do this

I can't receive emails in Thunderbird
Until Fri, 29 Jun 2018 16:52, I was receiving all kind of email on my email application Thunderbird (account tufos@tufos.com.br), but after this date, something wrong has happened and I can't receive any emails on Thunderbird. By the way, I have still sent the emails, only when I have to receive them that it is not ok. Zoho email is working ok, sending and receiving, so I have worked Zoho email this weekend directly. Mail stuck in outbox on webmail
Since this morning using the webmail I cannot send anything (e-mails are stuck in outbox), whereas I can still send e-mails from my e-mail client using imap/smtp. Any clue? Best, Laurent
Email Synchronization Issue using Outlook via ActivSync
Hello, I have been using Zoho mail for more than a year with my iPhone and Outlook. With iPhone, everything works totally fine (IMAP). Now, for Outlook, I set it up with IMAP at first and everything worked fine except that Calendar did not work. So, I changed to ActiveSync and am able to use calendar on Outlook, which all changes are synchronized on my iPhone Calendar. However, now the problem is synchronization of emails among read, unread, and/or deleted emails. I use two laptops and a smartphone.

Hi so my boss setup a crm for the account support@jyskfodpleje.dk for future use then we forgot about it and I started testing it out with my private email jockethan@gmail.com . I have setup our contact base so we would now like to delete the old account registered to support@jyskfodpleje.dk so that I can change mailadress of the one I did to that email. However I cannot login on the old one because there is no verification code being sent to support@jyskfodpleje.dk Please help
No message-id if client omits it
When sending a mail through the Zoho SMTP server with a 3rd party client that omits the 'message-id' header, then Zoho Mail will not add one automatically. This results in no conversation view on the web (and no threading in 3rd party clients). Can Zoho Mail add this feature? Gmail for example automatically adds a message-id when it is missing to correctly support threading in follow up responses.

Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Login 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. Cannot use my .tk domain
I'm using for my Mumble server a domain from No-Ip, brasilhue.ddns.net. But I managed to get 12 mouths of free brasilhue.tk. The issue is I can't use it here, when trying to register an error occurs. So, why this happens and how to I use the .tk domain? Thanks

Hi all, I have configured to receive ZoHo Mail through 'Mail' on my Mac. I had no problems with this configuration until recently. I am still able to receive mail, which means Mail is retrieving mail from the ZoHo server. But I am not able to send anything, constantly getting this error. missing incoming e-mails
I stopped receiving e-mails from spcific e-mail: DL032@HOTMOBILE.CO.IL starting 05/28/2018. The last e-mail received was on 5/27/2018. The e-mails get CC'd to number of different recipients and all of them receive them except for me. I checked ZOHO - Spam, Trash, Filters etc and found nothing. I use Outlook so I checked filters on Outlook- nothing. And even if Outlook would delete them I would be able to see them in Trash on Zoho - but nothing. Please help.

Sync Zoho Mail-tasks with Outlook 2016?
I have set up the exchange sync in Outlook for my zoho mail. The emails and calendar works well to sync between outlook and zoho mail web login. But the Tasks fails to sync between outlook and the Zoho Mail web login. The outlook version is Outlook 2016. Does anyone know how to make it work?
