Please help...first i try to set the MX in my server and domain but.when i try to mx lookup several time i got unusual activity. and also I'm not receiving emails. wheni try to mx lookup sometimes it goes to different mail server but...after sometimes it go to zoho...

New zoho mail - reading pane is always fight to the all mail overview pane
in new zoho mail, the single mail reading pane is placed right to the all mail (e.g. inbox) overview pane. Can this be changed via an existing setting, that reading pane is below the overview pane? Thanks!

Hello, We are not receiving all incoming emails, some of them are being received while others not, I tried sending an email from a gmail account and it was not received. We were expecting many important emails today, and it appears that we are not receiving any of them due to technical issues. I have double checked the mx records and they are all correct.

IMAP migration fails with 'Unable to connect to the server'
I've been trying to test out IMAP migration and I keep getting an 'Unable to connect to the server' when I try to add an account. I've done a Google search on this and see it's fairly common, but the normal problem appears to be to do with SSL certificate issues, but that cannot be the case here. I've tried with two accounts, one a Gmail account and the other an account with a large UK ISP, virginmedia.com. It is giving me an error message that someone else already is associated with this account. Domain already exist problem
So i initially had my domain connected with Zoho with no problem, now i transfered my domain to another site, and dont know how to get back the zoho account, i cant see it anywhere in my zoho dashboard and when I try to add it tomy new site it shows that it already exist. Configuring lightning (thunderbird extension)
I'm using thunderbird on Kubuntu 17.04, and it's running very well for mail. I just installed the lightning extension (package xul-ext-lightning) and restarted thunderbird. When I went to add the Zoho calendar, it prompted me for a password, I generated a new application password, which it did not accept. I tried my regular Zoho password anyway (which, as expected, it did not accept because I have two factor authentication turned on). What password should I use? Thanks.

How do I search for flagged email in my SPAM with display ONLY those emails?
The new design still lets me select for flagged email in my SPAM folder, but it just shows it to me in the full list of ALL the SPAM rather than a search window of ONLY the flagged emails. How do I see just the flagged email rather than have to scroll the entire contents of the SPAM folder to find which ones have been checked? Why do they make such stupid changes when their SPAM filters are so poor?
