Emails Sending without Any Error but in Sent Area - Not showing also Receiver NOT Receiving
Hello Zoho, We are using your Zoho mail service from last 1 year without any problem. Today just few hours ago, we are facing this issue in our all organization emails. Emails Sending without Any Error but in Sent Area - Not showing also Receiver NOT Receiving. Please Solve it ASAP or Update us.

Different role in different Apps
Scenario: X is currently a portal owner of Zoho Projects (Paid subscription) and Y is one of the admin in this portal. (Though irrelevant for Projects, they have the same email domain abc.com as login) Can Y be the super admin of Zoho Mail (Free or paid) and register the domain abc.com? (Authorized by X or not, we don't need to register any domain with Zoho Projects) or it has to be done by X? Goal: We are considering to migrate email to Zoho.

I have a new account. The domain sacpapc.com has been added and verified. The mx records have been changed with Network Solution as specified in the instructions to zoho.com. This was all done about six hours ago yet I still cannot receive emails to any of the accounts. During the process of changing the mx record, I did have to change the dns to point towards Network Solutions. But when it was done I changed the DNS back to point towards our page host, ns1.getnetset.com. Ive done both a mx

Hi, We am using zohomail from quite some time now and we are happy using the solution and we recommend it to anyone who ask us for email platform. We have seen a strange error to some of the email receipts {Working business emails} emails are never delivered, also when some users are sending mail to us we dont get it, same time they receive our mails. Pl suggest how to fix it, because of this we may be losing lot of business. Your help is highly appreciated

How to bulk delete mail
I am getting near my 5GB mail limit. This is because I use IMAP and don't have the Outlook client delete mail. But since I have the mail in Outlook I would like to delete lots of mail from Zoho but I can't see any easy way to do this. Are there ways to say delete mail older than a certain date or some other rule? Thanks

Hello everyone, I configured my gmail to receive and send messages from my Zoho email addresses. I can send messages perfectly, but whenever someone tries to email me, they get a Delivery Status Notification saying it could not be delivered. I am receiving the emails though, both in Zoho and in Gmail. How can I fix this? Thanks!

I have an existing domain that has only one email account. I am trying to migrate that one email account to Zoho. I set up the domain on Zoho, created a new username to be the Admin, created new MX records to point to Zoho servers and created the required TXT records. I am receiving email under the new Admin email address at Zoho mail. But I am having trouble figuring out how to migrate the existing email account for that domain. I think that I have to set up the User first before I can add the User

"Verification Failed" Error in Mail as well as Airmail (Mac)
I just setup my email on my own domain in ZOHO Mail. I am using Airmail on Mac. However, Airmail is unable to authenticate my email account. I tried POP as well IMAP Then I tried configuring mail on Mac's Mail. But there too I get error, Verification Failed. I am a seasoned user. So checked all Password, Server Settings, Ports etc. They are all as they should be Please help!!!

Hi Zoho, We are using your email service with domain nldvietnam.org We cannot send or receive email from some domain such as: "hided".gov.vn and "hided".vn etc. I have checked the blacklist the above domain and I found that we may have communication issue with the Blacklist Listed reason UCEPROTECTL3 I have succeed to config DKIM and SFP, I suppose that SFP have block the blacklist, so is it ok to receive the email from blacklist if I remove SFP? Could you please help to advise me how to handle this

Hello Zoho, I just discovered that I am not receiving any emails, but able to send emails. Here are things to note: I use to able to receive emails for a very long time with zoho. I have not changed any of the settings, that would cause this problem. Everything is setup correctly. The image below all had green ticks for a very long time when I set it up, now there is caution signs? When I am on mxtoolbox it shows everything is set up properly.
Unable to connect to server when migrating email
I keep getting an error message and I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong. I'm trying to migrate from an iCloud email, not sure if that's why I'm having difficulty but I've also tried looking on the forum for answers and it's still of no help.
