O email abaixo foi bloqueado entrada e saida creio que por atingir a quota porem deletei alguns emails para limpar o espaço e tentei desbloquear no painel do adm e nao estou conseguindo favor desbloquear luizresende@grupounotech.com

Spam Quarantine, Spam Folder, and Mark As Spam
In my Zoho Mail account, what is the difference between the Quarantine (in Control Panel > Mail Administration > Spam Control), and the Spam Folder in my Email Account? My Quarantine is empty, but my Spam Folder has 148 messages. I just found that a few legit messages were marked as spam, and moved to my Spam Folder, so I had missed them. Yet, my Spam Control settings are all set to "Allow Email". Is it possible to send ALL message to my Inbox, but mark/tag the likely spam messages with "[SPAM]"

IMAP not working
I've had problems with my IMAP for months now -- Outlook is going offline intermittently. As of today, only Webmail works and my credentials aren't accepted on IMAP at all. When will you finally solve this IMAP problem that has been plaguing us for a long time now? Please help urgently.
Cannot log into thunderbird
Tried multiple times to log in to thunderbird with my Zoho email address. The password states it is wrong. Imap settings I have tried both imappro.zoho.com and imap.zoho.com with the correct ports listed in the knowledge base articles.

two users stop recieving email on outlook
Hi i have two users who stopped receiving email on outlook 2013. I have checked all their setting even ran the connection test and it shows that it should be working. They are receiving email on their phones and web just not outlook. Any ideas as to why?
Outlook not purging emails
I have been using outlook and zoho for years. But now i have the issue that when i move an email to a folder, zoho recreates it back into the original folder. This is causing hundreds of emails when they are moved with a rule. I have checked this on different computers and its the same problem. Suggestions?

Difficulties creating more accounts
Hello there A few months ago I asked whether I was allowed to create multiple e-mail accounts on Zoho (I need 4 accounts for different uses). I've been told that it is possible as long as each account has a different alternate address, a condition easy enough to fulfill. I can send emails to this domain but I can't receive emails from them . They are running an Exchange 2007 Server . New email accounts wont receive emails
Hi, I've tried to create new email boxes for 2 new staff members in Zoho Mail. I used POP to do this. It seemed to create the email account and now in my admin account I can see the new email box in the tab at the bottom left of the screen. However, it wont receive anything when I send test emails.
