Ok, so I'm having trouble setting up my SPF in my GoDaddy DNS. I've tried the two options below: v=spf1 a mx include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all In the setup it says to use the bottom option, but I've seen the top one used as well. So which is it? Currently all my emails are going out as spam. I'm also having a weird issue with the Zoho app. When I send emails via computer, the From shows my website name. But from the app, it just says "contact". Why the difference between the two?

Hello - I am using Zoho mail with my domain dtechsystems.co. I am able to send mail but not able to receive mail. I also updated the MX record.
Problem with creation of account bussiness
When I try to create a new account for the business, it stays in pending status in guest list, I do not understand because they are those specific account if we were able to create all the accounts of the employees less the account of the director. The domain is cacaonilodge.com and I have access to ftp and cPanel, as well as I am the administrator user who can create new mail accounts. I do not understand the problem, can anyone help me? Confusion around users/aliases/emails
Hi all, I have two website emails: info@x.com and name@x.com. I want to completely remove info@x.com as it is catching tons of spam. My emails occasionally go into recipient's trash or spam account
I have repeatedly had my emails sent to the trash or spam mailboxes of the person I'm emailing, including individuals who had successfully received them earlier. This seems to make no sense, but only happens with my Zoho email, not my other providers. And it keeps happening, which means I don't really know if the intended recipient has actually received what I sent them. Any fixes for this?

Hi, I have just purchased a user plan from zoho mail. However, whenever i try to create an email ID, it says that i need to purchase a user licence. Emails do not open in tab
I usually press 't' to open long emails in a new tab as viewing is easier. For past few weeks, none of my emails display when I do this. I also tried right-clicking an email and selecting the option "Open in tab" but that doesn't work too. The error I get is this. a new blank tab opens, There is a small sign which says "Loading.." the tab stays that way no matter how long I leave it for.
