Not able to send or receive emails
We are currently not able to send or receive emails as of today (has been working before) When sending a mail it flashes up with 'email sent' but then there is nothing in drafts, outbox or sent. Please help.

Can't connect phone to Zoho business email
I try to connect Android email client with my business' Zoho Mail and it says authentication failed. I used imap.zoho.com, port 993, with SSL, using my email address as username. This worked on my previous Android phone, but I can't get it to work on this one. So I'm forced to use Zoho Mail app, which only works for Zoho Mail and I'd like to have all my email handled by the same app.

Hi, I´ve changed my hosting provider and found I can´t add MX records for my domain (see attach) but seems to be posible to add as part of the SPF raw:v=spf1 +mx:mx.zoho.com +mx:mx2.zoho.com +mx:mx3.zoho.com +include:zoho.com ~all (see attach). Emails deleted on iPhone reappearing with Active Sync
Hi, I have been looking at this for a couple of hours now and cannot seem to resolve. Basically I have two accounts setup on my personal domain, one for me and one for the wife. I have setup both accounts on our iPhones as exchange mailboxes and mine seems to be working fine, but on my wife's it is not possible to delete mail on the phone, it just reappears. If I delete the mail from the web access then it will disappear from the phone, just not when done the other way. Can anyone explain why changes

I use Outlook. If I send an e-mail in Outlook, I don't see the copy on Zoho (online). But, if I send an e-mail using Zoho (online) I see the copy in Outlook. Something is wrong with the configuration, but I'm not sure what. Can someone help?

Calendar not syncing correctly from Outlook.
I have my business email setup as an exchange activesync account in Outlook 2016. Mail and contacts are syncing fine but not all events are syncing on the calendar. Only some of them show up on the website and then on my phone. I've tried saving my entire calendar as a .ics file and uploading it to zoho.com and then I get some appts showing at the wrong time and still not all of them show up or sync out to the phone.
