Close a business account
I'm trying to close my business account and I'm not having success to proceed with. The way that I'm trying is: Settings > Control Painel. After that, ZoHo show the following message: You are just a few steps away to complete the setup process for your domain! But, I already did that. I don't know what should I do. Could somebody help me?

Having a problem with photo insert
I'm able to insert the photo into the body of an email okay. But when I sent the message, order of the photos were changed and/or removed. Why? Haven't had this problem before. Also occurred if I used my email desktop client.
Gmail Migration to Zoho

Emails sent to group email not working
According to the videos I've seen, it's my understanding that inbound emails sent to the email address associated to the Stream Group Email Address, will show in that groups stream. I do not see any ability to associate/link an email address to a Stream group. I'd love this feature but don't understand how to make it happen. Can you clarify how this works?

Hello, I would just like to report that the search algorithm needs to be updated. Whenever I attempt to search for a group of e-mails that contains a word (sender, subject, message, etc), it does not work correctly.

The S in the end is the problem I want to get rid off. I've edited my profil and waited a couple of hours for it to refresh. I can't find Sebastians anywhere In my profile.. Hey, I followed the steps on your help page and when I try to verify my DKIM, Zoho tells me the verification failed. When I check with http://dkimcore.org/tools/keycheck.html and I put in my selector "zoho" and my domain "onetwentyeight.de" it tells me: "this is a valid DKIM Record". DKIM entries in your DNS are not configured to match with Zoho - but verified?
After spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get an acceptable DKIM into my DNS settings, I discovered that instead of using the FULL selector info as shown in the help docs, I only had to add the following: <selector._domainkey> and not for example <selector._domainkey.mydomain.com>. It turns out my DNS provider adds the domain to the end of the title - so it was never going to be right. :) However, now Zoho mail keeps telling me "DKIM entries in your domain linenworks.nz DNS are not configured

I'm a new mail user, so I'm sorry if this is addressed somewhere. Can I have users go to mail.mydomain.com to sign into webmail, rather than going to mail.zoho.com? I realize I can forward the domain, but I wasn't sure if I could have a 'custom' webmail signin page

Hi , I recently deleted an account - argusenergy.co.in because there was some issues and the name needed to be changed but some of the people had not taken a backup of their emails. Unable to connect to incoming mail server (POP3)
We have been using Zoho for over a year with Zoho Mail configured to pull messages from our mail server via Pop3. This functionality has broken in the past 24 hours, with Zoho unable to connect to our mail server. Nothing has changed as far as our mail server settings. It appears as this issue is only an issue on one of our company's domains.
Suddenly Pop 3 (incoming) mail is not working
Hi! We use Zoho at our work and I have several sales reps using the CRM. At some point last night, all the users that have Zoho Mail setup with a specific domain lost the ability to connect via POP 3 to the mail server. Nothing has changed on the email server itself, and it is not just one user experiencing the problem. Error message says Zoho was unable to connect to the incoming server.

WWW resolve issue
WWW domain configured incorrectly I booked my domain shoutindialoud.in with free zoho domains. I don't found any link where i can manage my DNS or nameserver. Also it becomes difficult for google to crawl to shoutindialoud.in as my preferred domain is www.shoutindialoud.in which results into an error. please suggest the correction

Search Function Not Working Properly
When I start a search in my emails, regardless of the folder, Zoho is not showing me all my results. E.g if I search Rosy, emails to or from Rosy before a certain date don't appear. I have no archived emails and I am conducting the search properly. I know that it is a fault with Zoho because when I search the emails on my phone, a list of the missing results appear but with the sender details, subject line and first line of the message. newb that needs help please. I've been using zoho for my mail for quite some time. I have several emails but I (misspelled one ). It of course works just fine but I need to correct it so I don't appear to be that dumb. so I followed the instructions here https://help.zoho.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/how-to-change-the-primary-email-address-in-zoho-26-9-2015 It seems to work except it seems that you have to verify the new email before you can use it ....so I'm lost.
