problema con correo
Hola buenos días, Hoy y algún otro día me han comunicado que me enviaron un correo pero que les daba correo no encontrado, y yo igual al mandar correo a alguien me da este error. Solo ha sido temporal , pero me gustaría saber si tengo algo mal en la configuración o necesito añadir algo. Gracias copio el error ocultando las direcciones de email que me llega a mí del correo enviado Delivered-To: "correo de zoho"

Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Under my admin panel, our company CEO account is blocked. When I try to unblock it, it says I need to have a paid account. This is extremely disruptive to our business. We are an Clean-tech R&D firm, why on earth would our CEO account be blocked without ANY notification?
Emails from my ZOHO account undeliverable to Hotmail
I get the error below when trying to send email from my ZOHO email address to Hotmail addresses. I did this from within Outlook as a test to one of my own Hotmail addresses. I am able to send from Hotmail TO my ZOHO account, and both to and from my other POP accounts. The only issue seems to be sending to Hotmail accounts. Please help! I have added company logo in control panel. It appeared inside mail, but on custom login page (mail.alanmebeles.lv) I still have zoho mail logo.

Can't send email from Outlook 2016 for MAC
Hi, I have two zoho email accounts set up on my Outlook 2016 for Mac. Although both are configured in the same way (beside email account names and passwords) since 3 days ago, I can only send emails from one account ( can receive emails on both) I keep receiving the following message: Connection to the server failed or was dropped. Receiving duplicate emails on my phone every time I send email
Every time I send email in Zoho (on the web) I get a copy of that email on my phone which is set up as a POP account. This is happening on both my Android phone as well as another company user's iPhone. This is very annoying how can I stop this?

Hi I used Weebly to create my website, and through them I bought my domain name. I tried to link my domain name up to this Zoho email account the best that I could but apparently it did not work because the server is rejecting and failing to deliver email. Email reloaded and filters dissappeared
I logged into my email on my computer yesterday and it appeared to want to reload all of my emails plus now I look my filters have all gone. If I go to my mobile phone (android), it still appears as normal. Filters seem to be working and emails list looks correct??

Automatica Email Popping through Pop3 stopped
Automatic popping stopped working a few days ago. In order to retrieve emails though pop I need to physically click on the connected accounts, than emails do pop, otherwise automatic popping is not working. My settings are set up to check email every three minutes automatically. Please advise. Thanks.
Can Zoho CRM Plus be successfully used without purchasing Zoho Mail?
We are a group within a larger organisation who need to set up our own CRM, so we will not be able to set up Zoho Mail under the organisation's domain. Are there features in Zoho CRM that will not work without us purchasing Zoho Mail?
I keep getting this response every time I try to add my domain to setup my email account.
Every time I try to add my domain I get this message: "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details" How do I fix this? I can't seem to get any response from the support address in the message. I can't add my auto responder until I can get this fixed. I'm new to all this computer web page setup and am learning everything by doing it, so please put the answer in context that a 5 year old child can understand. Also, how long before anyone can help?

DKIM FAIL
I have successed to check the validity of the DKIM using third party link, but control panel is still not to display 'verified' , and can not enable DKIM, I do not know whay.
Signature not added by default
I've created my signatures and allocated them to their default addresses but when I compose a new mail I have to manually insert the signature each time. How can I set this to automatically insert the signature?

Hi, I configurated SPF value in my server, but the notification in Zoho tell me that enter SPF in my domains DNS, but this are ready. I can't send out any type of e-mail from Zoho because the recipient gets some unwanted characters/different sized sentences
Neiter Zoho nor Infomaniak (our e-mail provider) solved this. The issue is probably with Zoho. Every time we send out a Template (pre-written text) with Rich text formatting there are unwanted characters in the recipient's end, a somewhat scrambled text with " things like for line breaks and for spaces". The text is without these unwanted characters in the Zoho (in Preview or in Editor mode). It occurs if the signature is rich text as well. The outcome: "Vicei Éva <! /span>Business Development

Im currently signed up for the standard plan. I have two domains added to the account because I wanted to have one email for each domain, however zoho treats this as two users vs my initial understanding of one user with one email per domain. Is there a way to have two email address (per domain) for one user charge?
