Can't signup for Zoho Workplace/Mail
I cannot get the signup form to submit (https://workplace.zoho.com/biz/mailsignup.do?plan=free ) Has anyone else experience/reported this? Hi, so I have been sending e-mails to someone I know is out of office, but I didn't get an auto-response, so at thirst I thought they just forgot to set one up. However, I have been told by other people, that they do get an auto-response out-of-office-message from this person. Any ideas to why just I wouldn't get them? I created an alas in Control Panel but did not designate it as the default (my main user name is my default). However, when I want to send an email from the alias, there is no drop down in the "From" field from which I can select the alias name. What have I overlooked. Thank you.

POP server not working?
I can't seem to retrieve or send mails from my mail client. Is there anything wrong with the pop servers? I've just added TFA and generated app specific password, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Gmail just says connection error.

I have an email user that is not receiving email from 1 email address/domain. This includes both his main email address and alias. He can receive emails from other email address and domains. The email address/domain he cannot receive emails is successfully emails to other email addresses. He is able to send emails. We have whitelisted both the email address and domain with no luck.
