deleting an email adress
I need to delete 3 pervious employees email adresss can someone please post a link or tell me how to do this thanks RyanEmail with invalid size in my mailbox.
I am using Zoho's POP server to accept emails in my Gmail account. Emails sent to my address with domain @chira.ga are working fine but when I receive a mail at my @Chira.gA domain, I get the following message from google. A message in your account ***@Chira.gA was listed with an invalid size. It has been left on the server. I'm trying to get my emails to be sent in the format firstname.lastname@domain.com but have been unable to do so. I created all the useraccount with firstname@domain.com and added the firstname.lastname@domain.com as an alias and then changed it to be the primary address. It still shows firstname@domain.com as the sender for all the new emails I'm creating. I can of course choose firstname.lastname@domain.com in the dropdown list but I would like it to be the default. How do I go about that withoutsearch for specific mail is horrible.

Hi there, I have a site hosted through Zoho Site (FreeMe.Tech) and my Domain registrar is with Get.Tech. I'm now looking to utilise Zoho mail however I'm confused why I need to verify my domain as you already host my domain? So assuming I still need to verify my domain you provide a three methods:- 1) TXT Method - there are no settings that allow me to do this. 2) CNAME - can't see any option for this either in the Get.Tech admin settings and nothing in the faq. 3) HTML method - I've used theViewing CC and "Reply-to" fields in inbound mail

Currently, I am using the free email. That one is used for professional and eCommerce (i.e. Amazon) roles. However, I would like to set up a 2nd Email for personal use (social media). I tried and it sign up said my phone number is used for my first account. Do I need to upgrade to have multiple emails to the same number. Hi all! In the past few days (about ten days, after the last update), I'm not able to print my email and conversations from Zoho Mail using the browser Google Chrome. Hi I have a business outlook account set up as a 'send as' account in my zoho mail. I want to make it my default send account but I couldn't. It only showed my zoho account. So I set the outlook account up as a pop account and it worked but this is not what I wanted to do.... Gmail allows setting a default 'send as' account that is not a pop account...
